It was clean, but dated. I was also used to a key but it was a keypad and you couldn’t check in not even 15 minutes prior. Host was helpful and nice. Beach view very nice. Pool very nice. Overall Phoenix VII is a great place to stay.

Overall, we had a really nice stay! The condo was very clean, which we appreciated, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.That said, the unit could definitely benefit from some updates. While everything was functional, the furnishings, appliances and finishes felt dated and fairly low quality compared to other condos we’ve stayed in. The bedding was thin, the kitchen was minimally equipped with inexpensive cookware and supplies, and the bathrooms were especially outdated, with older faucets that were difficult to operate. Even the patio furniture felt like a budget option. It was clear that the unit hadn’t seen any meaningful updates in quite some time.One thing we really appreciated was the building itself. It was refreshingly relaxed about what guests could keep outside their doors and in the hallways, rather than imposing unnecessary restrictions that can make a family beach trip more complicated.All in all, we had a wonderful vacation, and the cleanliness of the unit was a big plus. With some thoughtful upgrades to the furnishings, bedding, kitchen and bathrooms, this condo could be so much better. As it stands, the quality of the accommodations wasn’t quite what we’ve come to expect from condos in this category.

The outdoor pool was a little chilly. We were told they turn off the heater to the outdoor pool March 1st. It would be nice if they waited to turn it off after March. The indoor pool was warm and a good alternative. The rooms were clean. Host communicated well. A family- friendly place to stay!

Amazing Stay

The view to the beach, the inside/outside pool. Easy access to everything and right on the strip where everything (food, fun) for the family. The apartment had everything me and the family needed. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend renting through you’ll.

Nice family trip

We had a great stay while we were at this condo. The only issue was that we weren't able to find extra blankets (there were plenty of sheets). The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and even a slow-cooker, which we put to good use. Property was nice and we had no issue getting an elevator either. Pool was nice and well-maintained. We had a great time!
