Beautiful property with everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic view, clean and welcoming house and plenty of space gonna to do in the area from hiking, to shopping, to history and wineries. Hosts were very responsive and instructions were easy and clear. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a wonderful property. Super modern, clean and well appointed. The home sits on a large property that feels private and spacious with a great deck and great views. Owners were really responsive and gracious hosts. Pool table and spa were fun additions. 100% recommend!

The property is amazing. Spacious, gorgeous views, beautiful house and land. Beds were all super comfortable. The hot tub was huge and well maintained. Will likely be back again next year if it’s available!

This is an amazing house for a for a weekend getaway or a longer stay/retreat. The area is so quiet and peaceful and the house has all the amenities you will need. The hot tub on the deck with the serene view was also a huge benefit! We will definitely return to this beautiful home in the future. It is located right in Cool, CA. The hosts are also highly communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The hosts made everything easy from start to finish. The house was lovely with so many welcoming touches. The beds were comfy and the setting was incredible. We got up for the sunrise view every morning.

Great fun vacation home in the Sierra hills, near amazing golf courses! The house is well stocked, comfortable and sleeps many! Hot tub on deck with views was priceless! Owners are great communicators which makes the rental process even more easy.

Great place! WiFi is good. Patio is awesome. We grilled and used the hot tub. Check in was super easy and the hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Kitchen is well stocked. Would definitely go back

Beautiful views, beautiful house

One of the best places I've been in, stayed here over a week with friends. The Patio space was amazing, we grilled, cooked and laughed. Bonus points for the Hot Tub overlooking everything.

All the comforts of home

Our family had a great time at this large home with lovely views. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more, and quite comfortable. The hosts were communicative and accommodating.

What a gorgeous property and home. The views from the back porch are fantastic--we even saw snow on the very top of a mountain in the sierras in the daytime and the night skies were awesome. The hot tub was warm even when we arrived and all 5 who tried it at some point were enthusiastic. The home is just as it is pictured in the "advertisements." LOTS of space especially in the living room and dining room areas. Plenty of dishes and modern appliances throughout. Clean and comfortable are true, but don't do it justice. The number and quality of towels provided was exceptional. And, I have never seen a VRBO with three King Beds--such an important plus for three sets of adults. The bunkbed room is a fantastic option as well. The Pool Table is in great shape and games for families and children are also available. It even has a "pack n play" for the youngest visitors. But perhaps the most helpful element of "Sunset View" is the communication and responsiveness of the owners. Whether it was questions about the property before we arrived or making sure we had everything we needed--Nicole responded in record time. Holiday Market two miles down the road has everything you need for food and drink. So if you're looking for a beautiful home in a location away from the bustle of busy towns (Auburn is about 8 miles away on a winding road)--this is a fantastic choice.

Weekend with the Family

We had a wonderful stay in Cool. The property is fantastic. It was clean and had an abundance of amenities. My kids loved the spa and fire pit. They enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and looking out at the expansive views of Cool. I found it so helpful that all the drawers in the kitchen were labeled with what was inside. It was so much easier to find things rather than opening and closing every drawer. And it was stocked with nearly everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were clean and well supplied. The kids who stayed in the room with the bunk beds loved that they were given their own throw blanket and towel set on their bed. They each used their throw blanket to cuddle up on the couch with in the evenings. The town of Cool is just one intersection, but there is a lot at that intersection. There is a gas station, 2 liquor stores and several restaurants. So you didn’t have to go far to get what you needed. However there are a few other towns nearby if you did want to go to a little bit bigger town. We went white water rafting while we were there and it was very close by and easy to get to. The owners were very responsive to all my questions and super easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.
