Great condo, location is perfect to the beach and shopping and restaurants

This was our second visit to this location. Great location if you are looking to be the hub of Puerto Vallarta. Patio is great but noisy with traffic. The condo was equipped with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

Fantastic Host and Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Geir's unit. Communication with Geir and Property Manager Lilly was excellent and they were quick to respond. This is our second time staying in this area and it has great amenities and is close to all of the action in ZR while still being relatively quiet. Geir's unit comes well equipped with all the items you may need for a short or long stay. The bed is memory foam and quite comfortable and the shower worked well.In suite laundry is a bonus. Given the opportunity, i would stay here again.

Great Location near Los Muertos Beach

We had a wonderful stay. This place is in one of the best locations in PV. It’s close to Los Muertos Beach, restaurants, bars, stores and services. Everything is in walking distance. The gorgeous rooftop pool has an amazing view of the ocean. The unit is well equipped with everything you need. Only caveat is that it has a queen bed - if you and your partner are ok with that you will find it very comfortable!

Great Puerto location.

Beautiful property, stocked with everything you might possibly need. The double patios on the corner unit were really nice. Must have just been totally remodeled recently, looks brand new. We were able to walk from the unit to the beach and the malacon in about 2-3 minutes. So many restaurants and bars within a 3-5 minute walk. Very safe, secure and beautiful lobby area too. And the pool? Just as awesome as it looks in the photos. So glad we stayed at this spot, had a fantastic time!!

Great location and living space!

This unit is a must for anyone looking to have all the amenities at a location close to everything. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of space. Close to the beach and restaurants. The rook top pool and setup was amazing!

Amazing Location! Modern spot in the heart of PVs Zona Romantica.

The headline of this place is right on— best location in PV! The room is clean, modern and cools off nicely— something I can’t possibly understate the importance of in the hot months! Shower has great water pressure to get the suntan lotion and sand taken care of. The property manager was in touch with me before arrival and day of departure — super communicative! I would absolutely stay here again!!

Sisters birthday

My sister and her partner stayed in Geir’s suite and they liked it a lot! We stayed in another suite in V177. It’s our favourite building in PV and will continue to return!

Another wonderful stay

This is the 4th time we have stayed in this unit. Great unit with lots of light, two terraces, well equipped kitchen, The rooftop pool and spa are great. The location. Is close to all the restaurants and the beach.

Great condo, great building, great location

Spacious corner unit with two terraces, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and convenient washer and dryer. The rooftop has an expansive view to the bay and sunsets and an infinity pool. The location is walking distance to restaurants, bars, clubs and entertainment venues. This was our second time in the unit and we’d rent it again.

The Condo To Stay At

What an awesome condo! Extremely close to the beach and restaurants. There's a mini-mart (Kiosko) about a block away, which makes it easy to grab the essentials. The security staff on the ground floor are extremely friendly and helpful. One of the gentlemen who works the evening shift showed us to our condo, how to get in and out of the complex, and where the pool and gym were. The security guard also took us inside the gym and showed us how to turn on the equipment. The views from the condo are decent with partial ocean views. However, the views from the pool area are to die for! The condo was extremely tidy and easy to figure out where everything was and how to use the various technological items (which was more advanced than expected!). For our next trip to PV, we hope this condo will be available, and highly recommend it to anybody!

Outstanding condo!

This is a great condo, perfect for 2 people. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and has 2 great balconies. The building is in a great location, very safe and secure with 24/7 security who are very friendly and helpful. The roof top pool and lounge area are beautiful. Owner and property manager are very easy to work with and had a beautiful bouquet of flowers to greet us upon arrival. Highly recommend this unit.

totally unprofessional

THE BAD: 1) Zero assistance from the on site staff regarding luggage or grocery help, dinner recommendations, "hole in the wall" eateries, fun excursions, etc. It was if asking them a question was "putting them out" - snobs. 2) The staff tried to sell me drugs on 3 different occasions. 3) No maid service for 8 days. 4) The internet/tv is a joke. The internet moves at a glacial speed and if one person is on their laptop, the Apple TV shuts down due to a lack of bandwidth (we gave up after 3 days of a complete lack of assistance). 6) The construction is very cheap - you can literally hear your neighbors talking through the paper thin walls. THE GOOD: 1) Great roof top pool, jacuzzi and work out room. 2) Great location to restaurants and clubs (if you can find them). 3) The neighbors in the area were very friendly. 4) One block from the beach. 5) Great place for a long "work out run." 6) Great coffee/pastry stores about 3 blocks away. Overall, I give the place a 4. I would stay again - I just wouldn't get my expectations high.

One of the best!

I have stayed in many, many properties in the Los Muertos Beach/Amapas area over the past few years, and Geir' condo is one of the most convenient (central to everything fabulous from beach to restaurants, bars -especially Anonimo-and more) as well as in a great building with wonderful rooftop infinity pool, lounge, and gym. Washer and dryer ensure one never is in need of clean swim trunks or other daily essentials, and the staff were beyond helpful in every way. Hate to give such a great rating selfishly as I hope the unit is always available for me!

The condo its in the middle of the Romantica Zone.ONLY 1 BLOCK FROM THE BEACH AND BLUE CHAIRS! So everything you need is right there for you! The rooftop is absolutely amazing!!!! Great place for breakfast next door and super marked.
