Bringing your own car? Great choice! It’s the most flexible way to explore Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountains at your own pace. You’ll have easy access to attractions, restaurants, and scenic routes.

🚙 Rental Car
Don’t have a vehicle? No problem. Several rental car agencies are available in Sevierville and nearby airports. Renting a car gives you the freedom to explore the region on your own schedule.

🚌 Trolley Service
The Sevierville Trolley is a budget-friendly, hassle-free way to get around town. It connects to the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg trolley systems—making it easy to travel through the area without the stress of parking.

Our cabin is located in the beautiful Smoky Mountain terrain, which includes steep and winding roads. Please check weather and road conditions before driving, especially during rain or colder months. A reliable vehicle (preferably with AWD or 4WD) is recommended for a safe and smooth arrival.

We continue to take extra precautions to ensure cleanliness and prioritize guest safety:
- All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized.
- Bleach-based cleaners are used in all bathrooms and kitchens.
- Linens are freshly washed after every guest with high temperature..
- The hot tub is drained, cleaned, refilled, and treated with fresh Bromine after every guest.
- Our cleaning staff received additional training on disinfection protocols.

When booking on most platforms there is a credit card charge. When/if canceling according to the cancelation policy you should receive a full refund MINUS the charges from the payment processer. This is charged by them for using their service and we do not have it to refund. Please be aware. Thank you.

Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is by 10AM.

While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weighs no more than 65 lbs.

Please note that our pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed on the property. If you add one pet to your reservation, the system will only apply the fee for a single pet. If you plan to bring a second pet, the additional $75 fee will need to be settled separately. In that case, please be sure to reach out to us directly so we can document the second pet on your reservation and assist with the payment process.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, all dogs are subject to approval. Management reserves the right to adjust the breed restrictions at any time. Please reach out to us first before booking to confirm if your pet can be accommodated.

Please note that our cabin is located in a mountainous, wooded area, and it is possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife and insects such as beetles, ants, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we have regular professional pest control and thorough cleanings, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural setting. Thank you for your understanding!
