Regarding the furniture, our dining chairs are regularly maintained and fully functional. Normal wear is expected in a rental property and doesn't affect usability. The area rug edges can curl slightly with use – we appreciate you noting this and will address it during our next maintenance cycle. The seating configuration is accurately represented in our listing photos, and the lighting is designed for the space. We're glad you were able to customize the setup to your preferences by moving furniture between rooms – that flexibility is one benefit of having a full apartment rather than a hotel room.
