We had a great stay. The kids loved the themed rooms and the communication was good. They did not have any child-friendly bowls, plates, or cups, which I found odd since it is clearly a house tailored to kids. They also charge for a pack n play.

Great stay for a Disney trip! The living room rug could use a bit more cleaning or replacement. The rest of the home was very clean.Very close and convenient drive to Disney.

Check in was quick host was amazing from the beginning to end of stay. The place was amazing for all what we needed as a family of 8 and guest. You could also walk to the park from the property.

Beautiful property with amazing amenities, private pool and community water park. Game room/Garage conversion so if you go in the summer I recommend keeping the door propped open for ventilation. Two down stairs rooms and bathrooms (minion and standard room) and a upstairs master bedroom and two kids rooms (avengers and mickey) w/ double bunk beds. My family had a great time the kids enjoyed the pool and we made a best of the things we did have. We only found ourselves getting cups for the kids and dishware, also a swifter for small messes. The host always reached out to check if we needed assistance which was commendable and appreciated. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend it for a family getaway.

The house was clean and the theme rooms were fun. There were not a lot of provided supplies or games to use while there

Theme was great our son loved it. Cleaning service is lacking. Toilet seat had clean strap on seat yet pee stains were on the seat. Couch had crumbs on the cushions and rug was covered as well. Dishwasher had a moldy tablet in it showing it hadn’t been ran for a while. Prewashed every dish we used. Had hot water in the showers but never any at the sinks. Great area for water park. Surprised at the prices for floats and mini golf. Overall nice place for a house in the Disney area but more hotel quality feeling than actual home. Would recommend but expect hotel finish not nice house.

This house is HUGE!!! The location is fantastic. You have access too two clubhouse pools, one within walking distance from the rental and the other (The Bronson Club) you have to drive to. The location of this unit is perfect. It rained everyday but thats Florida for you. The only thing that made me feel bad was we got to the rental around 10PM and after getting inside the gate I looked at the address on the driving pass. We tried to get into that house then after multiple attempts at entering in the passcode, we noticed the address of the rental was down the street hahah We probably scared the owners! But overall I would definitely rent this again.

The house itself was great! Lots of room for everyone to sprawl out. We requested the pool to be heated as well as the jacuzzi, we booked way in advance, but neither were heated and we were disappointed and unable to use the pool or rest our tired feet in the jacuzzi. It worked out ok because we wouldn’t sit on the patio anyway, it was not cleaned and there was a huge black spot above the grill and on the back wall. There was a garden hose in the jacuzzi, don’t know why. Other than that, the place was modern, easy to find and convenient to Disney. We did use the community pool which was near by. That worked out ok, it was quiet except for the one night (graduation weekend) neighbors were in their heated pool playing Marco Polo at one AM! We had a toddler and four year old with us, but we wore them out that day, they slept right through the noise, but we old farts gave them a breakbecause it was the start of summer eeekend, but my son in law ( 32) yelled out the window to the kids playing Marco Polo that people were trying to sleep and had to get up early…. After that it was really quiet, or I fell asleep, I don’t know which ?? I’d stay there again, it was nice enough and the beds were comfy. Felt weird with the towel situation of them being all wrapped up. If you like thick plush towels, wash cloths and pool towels, I suggest bringing your own. They do have a washer and dryer. We kept towels in the plastic wrap because we knew better and brought our own, bring your own TP!
