Well this just made our day. A 10/10? We’re blushing. If resorts could do a humble shoulder shrug while pretending they totally expected it, that would be us right now. We’re thrilled you loved the clean and spacious room — the housekeeping team may or may not have just done a celebratory fist bump. The walkable location is one of our favorite features too. Nothing says “vacation mode activated” like parking the car and forgetting where you left it. We strive to be the best hosts possible — so it means a lot that you shouted that out! Thanks for staying with us and for the awesome review. We’ll keep the room fluffed, the location unmoved, and the welcome mat ready for round two. Come back soon — we promise not to let all this praise go to our heads. 😉 -NexResorts

The hotel and room were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean and a great location to downtown. My only hiccup was for My stay i selected filters for “King bed/free parking”, 2 typical non negotiables. Upon arriving discovered queen bed and expensive off site parking. Not sure if this is a mistake on VRBO or the listing agency, but a little more research on my end could have prevented this.

Thank you so much for the great review and 10/10 rating! 🌟 We're thrilled you enjoyed the hotel, the clean and comfortable room, our friendly staff, and the convenient location near downtown. We're sorry for the confusion regarding the bed size and parking. It sounds like there may have been a glitch on VRBO’s end, as our listing does specifically mention that the unit has a queen bed and that parking is off-site with an added premium. Unfortunately, in San Francisco, paid parking is pretty much the norm — but we definitely understand how that can be frustrating. We really appreciate your understanding, and we’re so glad the rest of your stay was a positive one. We'd love to welcome you back anytime! 😊 -NexResorts

Very central

Comfortable property near union square, cable cars. Walkable to MOMA, crooked street, restaurants. Kind staff. Did not enjoy the sales pitch for the timeshare presentation.

Good afternoon, Shannon! We’re so happy to hear that you loved the location and enjoyed the many amenities the resort has to offer. 3 days in SF

The unit was very clean… staff was friendly and welcoming … the unit was comfortable… it took a bit to receive replies to the text messages and once we made it through a few hiccups things went well. Two notables … first the sink faucet requires a degree in mechanical engineering as it was difficult to turn on/off. The TV in the bedroom turned itself off every 15 minutes … that said the technician swapped out the TV on day 2. It was wonderful to have several parking options within 2 blocks of the property. Mahalo for opening your home

Mary, thank you for your thoughtful review and for staying with us during your San Francisco getaway. We're truly sorry to hear about the faucet and TV hiccups—though we’re glad the technician was able to swap out the TV quickly. We also wanted to mention that our response time to each message was under 10 minutes, so we're a bit unsure about the delay you experienced. That said, we always want our communication to feel seamless and helpful, and we’re taking your feedback seriously. We’re happy you enjoyed the clean, comfortable space and convenient parking—and we genuinely hope you’ll give us the chance to make your next stay a flawless one. Mahalo again for being our guest! 10/10 and straight to the point. We respect it. No notes. Zero fluff. Iconic, really. We’re thrilled you had a five-star stay — even if you decided to leave the dramatic monologue to someone else. Sometimes perfection just speaks for itself. Thanks for staying with us and for the glowing score. We’ll keep doing whatever earned that 10/10… and we promise not to overthink the silence. -NexResorts
