Summary:

Newly renovated 2BR/1BA condo in few minutes walk to the beach. It is located in the heart of Myrtle beach near Uptown downtown Market commons with upscale restaurants and boutiques.

*Less then 5 min drive to the airport

*10min drive to Broadway at the beach and main attractions.

*Walmart is 5 streets away.

*Fully stocked kitchen

*sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

*on the 1st floor, Very spacious condo.

* 2 King beds, 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics.

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV's available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee per pet. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Shared laundry room on the premisses.

*Only 1 parking spot available.

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

If you're looking somewhere close to the beach, to shower and sleep this is a good spot. Nothing boujee but has all your basic needs. Will definitely stay again.

Very clean room, quiet and close to the beach and walking distance to everything including beach. Very pet friendly our pet loved the stay. The laundry room good and close. The host was very kind and helped with anything u needed.

Laundry service was ok, did not overlook the beach but was a very comfortable walk to it. While we were there several other unit's had people smoking Marijuana. Sometimes the air outside was so polluted we could not stay outside. Even picknic area was unusable for the odors.

Thank you for your review and for 10/10 rating. I'm glad to hear you were happy with the cleanliness, check in, communication, and overall value. Regarding the smoking concern, this was not brought to my attention during your stay. The property is non-smoking, and while the rules are enforced, actions of other guests in surrounding are outside of my direct control. However, I could reach out to the them have you mentioned something . I'm always available to address any concerns right away when notified.

Walking to the beach was fairly easy and not very far. There was good communication.

This place was wonderful! Short walk tona market, short walk to the beach, kiterally a 5 min walk. The apartment was clean, it was spacious, it was just absolutely wonderful! Not to mention she was ok with bringing my two fur babies. If i ever get back down that way (Im from Indiana), I will definitely look this place up again! Highly recommended if you have up to 6 people staying with you!

Not exactly what I thought.

First I would like to say that the host was extremely nice and accommodating, she allowed us to check in early which was very appreciated. She was very responsive when I had a question or concern, getting back to me immediately. However the grounds were not well kept. There was a fair amount of trash littered around the property and a couple old mattresses dumped behind the laundry room. The animal waste disposal had not been changed in a while as it was overflowing when we arrived and wasn’t changed during the week we were there causing a bad smell around the side of the building. Upon arrival, the laundry room was dirty and smelled of urine. I notified the host and she sent someone to clean it that day, which was great! The neighborhood wasn’t the best but that’s no fault of the host. It truly was a 2 minute walk to the beach so that was awesome! I guess the worst event was that my dog got a bad flea infestation from using the grass on the property. I had to bring him to a groomer before we left to kill the fleas. Again this is at no fault of the host. I was told that fleas are very common in the area. The room appeared to be cleaned but it was evident that the floors had not been mopped in quite some time. I would not stay there again.

I’m glad you appreciated the early check-in and found communication prompt and helpful throughout your stay. That said, I’m surprised by some of the comments, particularly regarding the condition of the floors, as nothing was mentioned during your stay—otherwise I would have had my cleaner return immediately. Regarding the exterior, my own maintenance team handles the grounds, and I would have gladly addressed any concerns had I been informed at the time. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your dog; unfortunately, fleas can be common in coastal areas, but I understand how frustrating that can be. I do wish you had reached out about these matters while on-site so I could have done more to help.
