There was not an ocean view but it was walking distance to the beach and also had a nice pool. There was a nice balcony overlooking a water feature but it never got any sun. It was clean. The living and dining areas were spacious with plenty of room for four adults. The bathroom off the main bedroom was awkward with no door and a giant hot tub that took up most of the room with no stand up shower. The front bedroom was noisy, being on the street side and across from pickleball courts that were in use from 7am to 11pm. There were lots of convenient transportation options. Overall, we had a great week in a very nice location.

Everything was exactly as was listed! Clean, well equipped with everything. I especially liked the beach supplies on hand! Unit is directly across from Siesta Key Beach and located around so many restaurants and other features. If you're there on a Sunday night (right before sunset) go to the Drum Circle on Siesta Key Beach main entrance. I hope to rent this unit every year!

Location was key here. Literally half the key and right across from the beach and tennis court. Trolley STOP right in the entrance and across the street on the way back. Key was difficult to use and the flooring was ‘crunchy’ because the grout was wearing away. The tub was fantastic. The shower handle was a little confusing but ended up being one of the better aspects because we were able to leave shorts on and wash feet. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the morning. Ended up meeting one of the neighbors and got to enjoy some time with them. Yoga on the beach was amazing then came to the pool to do some more. It rained a bit and I was able to sit under the covered area in the pool and wait 10 minutes for it to clear out. DO NOT Expect an Early Checkin to be available.. Our flight got in SQR at 10am told us check in early could be available. I monitored the schedule before we checked in there was nobody scheduled for the Friday before so we assumed it would have been cleaned at that time. Nope. Itwasn’tevencleanby 5pm We walked with our suitcases from the village back to the condo and still couldn’t get in because they were STILL cleaning. We reached out trying to figure out if we could drop off our suitcase in the garage. Nope! So Sunday I got a notification that we could do a late check out. Since our flight was later in the day, I accepted the later check out. After discussion I was able to get the late c/o for free. The VACASA service is the kicker here.

Best experience ever!

What a beautiful condo, and just the perfect place for my husband and I to relax. We'll make sure to plan our trips around times when Ms. ***** has availability for us - this condo was perfect for proximity to the beach, village, and even town when we needed groceries....all in a relaxing, tucked away from the road location with both front and back decks. Has it's own parking spot in a garage. Ms. ***** has thought of everything re: household supplies, amenities, and any convenience you could imagine to just enjoy your time in paradise. Even the decor and details have been carefully collected and curated for beach living at it's finest. Newer appliances, full dining area, cozy kitchen, large bedrooms, fun furniture and fixtures! This complex has it's own salt water pool and picnic area with grill. The beach is right across the street, and we walked it every morning. SO nice not to have to worry about parking as our car was garaged and we walked almost anywhere we went otherwise. A bike ride to the village, with it's quaint coffee shops, gift shops, great selection of restaurants, bars, local shops. Lots of fun options available nearby - parasailing, boat rides, bicycle and motor scooter rental, snorkeling, etc. The best part is of course the extraordinary beach with it's "sugar sand" - you really do have to see it to believe it, and all the pictures from it's awards won of "best beach in the U.S.A." just don't actually do it justice. We're really looking forward to our next visit and truly hope we can return to this actual unit and renter. Thank you Ms. *****!

Vacasa Management, the host, was very responsive, We had several issues with the Condo that were resolved relatively quickly. The unit itself has many needed improvements. Beds uncomfortable, upstairs bathroom shower fixtures need to be replaced, kitchen needs better cooking utensils, need a chair in the living room, matresses are uncomfortable.
