We will for sure stay here again! Location was great and so helpful to have everything we would need for time at the beach. Condo was very nice. Be prepared to do some laundry if you use their beach towels as you can only leave one total load of towels left to be laundered.

Vacation stay

Enjoyed our stay, the house is clean and well furnished, the chairs on the Lanai could be more comfortable, I would definitely stay again, the trolley stops right outside and a short ride to beach.

Perfect place to vacation for a family

We enjoyed our vacation in a such a good place..we had everything around stores,restaurants and the specially it was the beautiful beach 6-7 min walk and the pool.We willl sure come back this year.

Very cute’ quite and comfy, great location! Was convenient walk to the beach loved the wagon with everything we need to enjoy the beach! Pool was nice only one there half the time! Convenient Trolleys that took you to local shopping and restaurants. Very nice would definitely stay again

Real clean and the most comfy beds! Nice pool. 4 minute walk to beach. Home away from home. Super nice owner. Left us a bottle of wine✅👍 We will be back!

A family of 5 with 3 teens. We had a lovely time exploring the local beaches, kayaking the mangroves and parasailing. We enjoyed eating in as we found the restaurants overpriced for some of the quality of food we encountered. A lovely place to stay. We didn’t end up using the pool as it closed at sunset when we would have wanted access to it. There is a laundry mat close to the unit on the ground floor (3 per load). We were able to use beach accessories which was very handy. The host was quick to answer any question we had. Self-check in was easy.

Perfect!

We loved our stay in Siesta Key, the condo was perfect! Condo was even better in person than in pictures. Roomy, clean, comfortable, all the supplies you need for a beach vacay. Location was a 10 minute walk to get your toes in the ocean at Point of Rocks beach, and 5 minutes to some great casual restaurants, coffee, ice cream, and 7-11! Communication with host was easy. Ricky was very helpful and quick to respond. We would love to stay here again!

The condo was very nice and furnished, everything that you need to stay for the week. The place was clean and loved the beach chairs that were available. Now the not so good, the unit is 10 yards from the busy street. From 6:30 am to midnight it is constant traffic and noise. The main bedroom with the king bed is right up by the road as well as the living area. When the temperature is in the 70’s we like to open the windows, also there is still some light construction going on in some of the condos. If you don’t mind road noise this is a great place.

Road noise is minimal as it’s 25mph zone single lane beach road , we don’t even notice it ,the slight noise is offset by the location very near the beach and restaurants , but it’s all subjective With regards to some work going on , some occasional drilling in one surrounding condo , it’s nearly at an end now , sadly we along with a lot of other owners were affected by the storms of September 24 and some are just getting the repairs finished after months of hard work , so it’s not normal , anyway pleased you liked the condo and hope you find somewhere to suit all of your vacation needs in the future , regards Ricky

The location of this property is ideal. It is a quick and easy walk to public beach access points 12 and 13. Beautiful white sand. The pool is great. Everything you need, including beach supplies and beach towels. Nice fireworks display for the 4th of July visible from anywhere on the beach. I have family in Sarasota, so I will likely rent here again in the future!

Family beach vacay!

We had such a great time at this property! We loved the condo itself and how clean it was. It had all the necessary amenities and more, which was perfect! We thought that bikes were included with the condo, but they weren’t unfortunately. However, right up the street there was a place to rent them which is perfect! The walk to the beach was a little farther than we thought it would be, but not hateful by any means. We also thought we’d be closer to the siesta key village, we were just about 3 miles from it. We took Uber’s/Lyfts into the village at night for dinner and it cost about $10 each way, which was much cheaper than renting a car! This was a learning experience for us as we’d never stayed in siesta key, but we loved the condo and the location and would definitely be back to stay!

A hidden gem! Walkable to so many things, too.

We were in the area for our daughters soccer tournament. We were so happy we had this adorable condo instead of the rest of the team stuck in hotels. This place is the perfect retreat. It was clean, updated, spacious for just the 3 of us. She got her own room and bathroom and we were able to have our own space. Several coffee pot options (a kuerig and a traditional pot). Good cookware so were were able to make breakfast and lunch in and go walking for fun dinner options. The beach was a close walk away, as well as lots of fun dining/drinks, coffee and ice cream. This place had lots of beach chairs, a beach wagon and several large beach towels. When flying in, this was such a wonderful treat! We met the team on the beach one day and everyone was jealour of all of our gear! Even a cooler! We couldn't have asked for better. We jumped on and off the trolley on a rainy day and had fun with that as well. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. We would love to go back!!

Wonderful Accommodations

Condo had all needed amenities and was clean. Rug in hallway was stored in closet for the duration of our stay to avoid trip hazard. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner very responsive to questions. Would rent again.

Family trip

The place was really nice and the location was perfect. Close to both turtle beach and siesta key beach. The only downfall was that at crescent beach, the one that was walking distance, the hotels and condos on the waterfront had roped off their spots so there wasn’t much place to stay. Overall great trip and the location was perfect.

Perfect Stay and Wonderful Location

This VRBO was everything we hoped for. It is a great location - short walk to the beach. The complex has a pool that we also really enjoyed. It is a first floor unit directly to the outside. No stairs, no lobby, which is great. Ricky provided us with everything you need for the beach and a cart to load it in. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Comfortable beds. The decor was great. The kitchen was just right. I loved that there were plenty of bath towels and beach towels and plenty of clothes hangers! Very clean. Everything was easy. Note we didn't have Netflix on the TV's but I can always get that on my computer. Restaurants and deli in walking distances. Ricky and Trish were very responsive, they were great! Can't ask for more!

July 3rd to the 10th

Place is very well kept and clean, owners communicate well before getting here. You will ding EVERYTHING you need and I mean EVERYTHING! Great job on goth at. No issues other then the TV in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work, the master bedroom is basically 20 ft away from the street so it’s noisy and blinds don’t really shade the lights from the cars driving by. Location is good but I thought it was going to be better, if you are looking to go to a public beach with room to stretch your legs you’ll have to drive as the public beach near by its not as near, but even then I didn’t mind as on vacation you don’t really have much else to do We will definitely be back and recommend to friends!! Condo was immaculate. We enjoyed everything. Everything was provided and it was convenient to everything. Richard was always available to answer any questions. Will definitely be back!

Very clean, ideal location, had a wonderful experience despite the weather

Home away from home. The condo has two rooms and two baths which made it easy to get ready in the morning. It was well equipped, had everything you would need. It is close to eateries and novelty shops. Would book again!
