<1.5 miles from Sample Gates and Kirkwood, this beautiful estate is set on .66 acres and carefully tucked away from the main roads on a dead end road, and the epitome of your serene private getaway in the heart of Bloomington! Be delighted by the serenity of our home, with an abundance of wildlife.

Our wrap around porch provides with a porch swing provides the perfect spot to rest following your adventures.

Admire the sunrise with a warm coffee and take in the peaceful presence of all that surrounds you.

Choose to relax on the back deck to enjoy the waterfall (seasonally available May through Sept.; or until first freeze) to capture the perfect sunset.

Surrounded by large shade trees, you’ll have plenty of spots to setup a game of corn hole, enjoy the fire pit, or grill.

Stepping inside you’ll be greeted into a two story foyer and a living room with a 70” Smart TV (complementary Netflix, Disney, ESPN, and Amazon Prime available for your enjoyment). Any pay per view will be charged back to guests.

High-speed internet (150 mbps download + 25 mbps upload).

Dining room table for up to 8 guests (will be setup for 6, unless requested to be setup for 8 prior to arrival).

Granite countertops throughout kitchen with two sinks and two ovens available to expedite meal preparations. Four bar stools and two wingback chairs make the kitchen a social center for which to enjoy librations and great conversation.

Alexa is setup throughout to enable surround sound effects with ample music choices available on command.

Four king beds are provided in well appointed living spaces with tasteful decor to delight your guest.

The fifth bedroom is multipurpose and can be setup with a single bed + single trundle making it possible to sleep 10 adults across all bedrooms with comfort and ease.

Primary on-suite was recently renovated with a walk-in shower and bidet with seat warming, heated water and air dry features. Double granite vanity makes daily preparations an ease.
