Just what we needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a week away, and this was perfect for us. A nice ocean front view, room for us to read out on a small balcony, easy path to the beach and close enough to the town restaurants and bars to walk for dinner. Island Realty couldn't have been nicer and got several helping hands from Sarah there.

Everything was great, but I had consistent issues with wifi. The day of check in I was notified of the fact that the bedroom tv did not have any cable but there was a Roku attached to it. When I arrived I attempted to turn on the TV to get on Netflix and that’s when I discovered that the wifi was not working. I tried to call the 24/7 wifi help number that was provided to me just to get a dead line. When I left a message to the front desk, they called me back first thing the next morning and stated that they would have someone out in the next couple of hours to fix the wifi. When I returned from my day out, the wifi was working but just for the TV in the living room. It was still not working for my mobile devices and bedroom TV. Fortunately that was enough for me so I left it at that and continued my trip. I do appreciate the fact they were so timely with the assistance. I recommend this place to most people! Everything was tidy when I arrived and it was a great little condo for a good beach trip. I hope to come back soon and hopefully next time I will be able to watch Netflix in bed!

Run Down

Nice location, fairly clean, well equipped. BUT, it needs a lot of TLC. You have to lunge against the front door to get it open, a lot of places looked like they are rotten, (especially in the closets), the biggest thing was the smell, the musty smell was strong.

Has a great shower with good water pressure. Loved the barstools and the balcony seating. They also need to leave instructions for the operation of the TVs.

Family Time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was great; easy to book, check in/out. The room it’s self was good but needed some repairs. The doorknob on the inside of the shutter door was broken and just had a metal piece sticking out, the fold out couch was stained and the bed part was vey hard to pull in/out and the balcony floor was soft underneath the carpeting. We loved staying her minus those few things. We loved the private beach, pier and pool access.

The bathroom plugins hairdryer and flat iron kept falling out and lighting was very lacking and paint coming off mirrow. The TV was terrible you could not operate it to get local abc cbs nbc and there were no instructions how to operate it. Put on in that people can operate.

Kylie in the office went the extra mile to take care of us.The unit itself was very clean but a bit tired. The owners need to update the coffee maker (rusty) and the kitchen items as they were well used.The location of the unit was just at the top of the stairs to it was and easy in and out. Be sure to bring a sleeping mask as the outdoor lights are very bright even with the shades.
