Loved our stay! The photos are precisely as advertised. The property is very clean and so much better than a comparable hotel room. The location was so good that we spent less on Uber rides than we had expected. The hosts were very responsive and check-in at the lobby was quite easy. We'll definitely be back on return trips to Chicago.

Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! Of course the view was amazing as all the reviews say it did not disappoint. My wife is OCD on cleanliness and she was super impressed at how clean it was. Check in and check out was super simple and communication was great. The place had everything we needed it was just super nice and quiet and relaxing we will definitely be looking to come back here again in the future!

Penthouse at Grand Plaza was perfect and the view was amazing!! Having a grocery store and a fitness center in the building was so convenient. And the train entrance is just a few steps away. Great food choices within a short walk. Walked to the Riverboat tour and the mag Mile. The owners promptly responded to my questions. I would 100% recommend.

The location really does make things easy — with a Walk Score of 100, the Red Line right on the corner, plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Jewel/Osco grocery store right in the building. It’s also great to hear you were able to walk to the river architecture tours and the Magnificent Mile — some of the best things to experience when visiting Chicago. We also appreciate the kind words about the responsiveness. And a big shout-out to our cleaning crew of nearly 20 years who help keep everything spotless for our guests. We’d love to welcome you back for another true Penthouse experience the next time you’re in Chicago. 🏙️
