Communication with the host was great. Easy process but struggled with key systems. Great location and very clean room! Property is older but great value for clean room and location.

We loved our stay here. Host was very good at communication. Accommodations were cozy and clean. Access to the beach as well as a pool.

Steps to the beach, a warm pool and the most amazing tacos and ice cream across the street! Would stay here again.

Our 2nd time at Coastal Waters. We will definitely be back. Its a great way to stay!!

We enjoyed being right on the beach! We walked to local restaurants and enjoyed meeting up with our friends and family to celebrate our daughters 1st birthday.

Great Beach Getaway

Me and my girls wanted to get away to the beach for the weekend. This was the perfect spot! Located on the beach and walking distance to several restaurants.

Simple and clean

We were in town for a field hockey tournament so we needed a simple place where we could stay but also enjoy the beach in our free time. Beach access is perfect. We would look to stay here again.

NSB comfort

Stayed only one night, for a quick trip birthday celebration, and was perfectly lovely . The unit is very clean and well appointed. Beautifully decorated for a beachside stay! Great location.

Absolutely Amazing!

The condo was gorgeous and very clean. There was more than enough room for all 6 of us, and the view... INCREDIBLE!

Good location next to beach

This was a good budget stay close to the beach. We stayed here with our two small children and they loved the pool and beach access. It was also nice having sand toys to borrow. The building is old and clearly in need of repairs but our unit was perfectly adequate.

Too short!

Greatly enjoyed our stay. It was a quick one night trip. We found the property and the condo very inviting. Easy beach access and walkable to some restaurants. Condo was clean and pleasantly decorated. Check in was easy. Owner was great with communication. Hope to return.

Not short of amazing

Let me just say, the home is located across the street from Izzy’s Island and 7eleven. Izzy’s was perfect for lunch and 7eleven had pizza for dinner when we got back from a festival. The home was stocked with everything we needed. It was also very clean. I personally slept on the sofa mattress and it was comfortable. The AC worked fabulous. I definitely would stay here again if I go back!

We had a really nice stay overall, with a few areas that could use some improvement. The location is truly excellent—easily a 5-star highlight and one of the best parts of this property. It made getting around and enjoying the area incredibly convenient.The room itself was comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, which gave it a welcoming feel. The bathroom also stood out in a positive way—it’s been nicely updated and felt modern and clean.That said, there are a few things that could be improved. The beds felt quite old and could use replacing for better comfort. The building itself also shows signs of wear and could benefit from some general repairs and upkeep. While the room was comfortable, it could have been cleaned more thoroughly prior to our arrival.Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the great location and comfortable space, but with some updates and attention to detail, this property could really shine.

Loved our stay!!!

My sister and I came to NSB to celebrate our birthdays and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, spacious, well stocked and beautifully decorated. There is a really nice green space with grills and picnic tables, and the pool is amazing when its not too crowded. The beach is gorgeous!! The only thing I would suggest is better instructions on the keys. It was very difficult to get the key box open and then closed again. And nothing was said about needing a key to get through the gate to the beach. But overall a great place! The only reason I would not come back is that there is no elevator and we had to make 2 trips up and down stairs with our bags. I have arthritis in my feet so I was feeling it afterwards.
