Property was just what we needed. Near to the Rocky Top Sports Complex. Loved the Hot Tub for relaxing at night.

Location was good especially if you get used to using the trolley.. not real close walking distance like I thought but if you drive down to Food city and or the parking lot across and ride trolleys into town (get the trolley app) that will save you dealing with the congestion of travel-parking. Also we seen 4 bears everywhere.. make sure u lock cars,cabins !! No food in cars either.. but a great get a way from the hussle and bustle of the downtown.

We absolutely loved the cabin! It was perfect for our family of 4. We loved relaxing on the deck and soaking in the hot tub after a long day of exploring the town. My two boys (ages 5 & 7) loved the loft area and the little reading nook. The location of the cabin is super close to the downtown Gatlinburg area which was so nice. We made core memories as a family!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay here celebrating our 12-year anniversary! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still being in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The cabin was very clean, had plenty of space for us to relax and feel comfortable, and everything worked exactly as it should.The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We enjoyed the hot tub—it was a great bonus and perfect for unwinding in the evenings. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again!

My family had a great stay! The location was perfect. 10min tops from downtown and right down the street from the trolley stops. Finding the cabin was a breeze though I recommend a strong car not just for the cabin but for all of the hills in Gatlinburg. The cabin provided everything we needed and there was plenty of privacy. We will end up being returned guests.

The cabin was very nice and clean. The hot tube was clean however, the jets did not seem to work very well. The kitchen is stocked with eveything you need to cook. We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was lovely and comfortable. It was 3 in my party and it was plenty of room. It was clean, the kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, blender and hand held mixer. The beds were comfortable and clean. I loved my stay and would come back. The owners were very communicative about how to use the door lock to checking in to see if our stay was going well.

Our family had an amazing time staying at Owl Be Relaxin! The cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We loved how close it was to downtown Gatlinburg — just a short drive to all the action, but far enough away to feel peaceful and private when we wanted to unwind.From soaking in the hot tub to late-night arcade game battles, every moment was special. The cabin was clean, cozy, and the perfect home base for exploring the Smoky Mountains. We’ll definitely be recommending Owl Be Relaxin to friends and hope to come back soon ourselves!

Great weekend trip!

The cabin was very clean and stocked with what we needed. The location was perfect in a much calmer and quieter part of the area (which we definitely wanted)! We needed to be close to the Rocky Top Sports Complex and this cabin is about a 5 minute or less drive down the road. My kids absolutely loved the upstairs loft with tv and arcade game, the hot tub, and the two bears who visited right outside each morning! We will definitely look to rebook if we are in the area again!

More than adequate

The cabin was great overall. There are a few things that need updating or touching up, but nothing to openly complain of. It’s a bit smaller than I imagined it being, not much room for luggage. Great location near Gatlinburg. Pool was more than adequate, just up the hill. Big windows upstairs are great.

Place was clean, code on door did not work and speaking with the attendant was not a great experience. Had to find a plunger 2nd day and parking our car was scary. Got up every night to make sure it had not rolled down the hill.

The issue with the door code was a rare occurrence, and we were glad to be able to provide a backup code that worked properly during your stay. We understand that mountain roads can feel a bit intimidating to some guests; our listing does mention that the driveway is slightly sloped. Owl’ Be Relaxin Cabin in nice location, but needs some work. Lamps in bedrooms would hardly stay on, had to jiggle the cords just so to get them to function properly, and there are no overhead lights in those rooms. Vent fans in bathrooms don’t work. Upstairs bathroom light doesn’t turn off properly. Nail heads sticking up on stairs (we hammered them down). We also had to tighten the front door knob as it was very loose and felt like it was going to pull out of the door. Mattress in the bedroom with single bed was terrible, lumpy and sunken in the middle.
