This property is locally owned and managed by us, residents of Rapid City. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but we are readily available to answer any questions you may have. You can expect timely and personal responses directly from us.

This subdivision is still being developed, but the construction is away from the property.

The entire house is availabe for you to use except for the storage areas that are locked.

Gather in the open-plan great room, featuring a cozy living area with a 65" Smart HDTV that flows into a large dining space perfect for group meals. The main floor is fully accessible, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Prepare your favorite meals in the modern kitchen, which features a large granite island. It is fully stocked with:
A complete set of cookware, dishes, and utensils
Children's dinnerware
Toaster and blender
Duo Keurig machine (brews K-cups and drip coffee)
An initial supply of coffee pods, sweeteners, and creamers

Our home comfortably sleeps 10+ guests across four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. Each bed features comfortable bedding, with extra pillows and blankets available.

Active Fun: A basement area with a ping pong table and an air hockey table.
Dedicated Workspace: A designated area for those needing to stay connected or work remotely.
Fitness: Basic exercise equipment is available for your use.

Outdoor Living
Step out onto the back patio to enjoy the large propane grill (utensils provided) and relax in the charming gazebo. The large backyard offers amazing South Dakota sunset views over the Black Hills. Please note, the backyard is not fully fenced.

Extensive restaurant selection and grocery (Walmart, Sams, Dakotah Butcher) within 5 minutes of property. Family Fare and Safeway within 10 minutes of property. Less than 5 minutes to Watiki waterpark, Rushmore Crossing shopping and restaurants, SAM's Club, Target, and Menards and I-90 interstate access. 10 minutes to Rapid City downtown attractions and Ellsworth AFB gates.

This home is proudly owned and managed by Rapid City residents. We believe in providing personal attention and a local's touch to ensure you have a wonderful experience. We are available to answer questions or offer recommendations but will respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay unless needed.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking.
No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.
