We enjoyed staying at this property. It was perfect for our vacation in the Black Hills and was a great central spot to all the attractions. Dee was a great host. Will be staying here again, hopefully soon!

This home is a repeated return home for our family. We love the home, set up, the beds, towels, yard (front and back), quiet neighborhood, and most of all, the fire pit in the back yard. It is comfortable and cozy and we LOVE IT!This is a winner for us and we will always return. P.S. We are very picky VRBO renters, so our five-star rating means a LOT!

This was our second stay in this welcoming house and very enjoyable.We did have minor glitch in that, even with the book guidance we were unable to get live tv channels as opposed to streaming. Operator error likely the cause, but did miss one of regular programs. Otherwise, a wonderful place for us and will be booking again for the weekend of Mother's day 2027 for mom daughters time there.

Very cute old house in a great part of town. Very quiet, clean, comfortable beds. No toiletries and a chart from the host on how to put the dishes into the cupboard prior to departure, which struck me as somewhat unhospitable especially considering the 120 cleaning fee and the fact that we were left 4 dishwasher pellets for 6 days.

I appreciate your comments regarding the toiletries, dishwasher pods, and the dish storage guide. Housekeeping should have left more dishwasher pods for a six-day stay, and I apologize that they did not. The dish guide is simply there to help guests return dishes to the correct cupboards so housekeeping can quickly verify that everything is accounted for and focus their time on thoroughly sanitizing and preparing the home for the next guests. It's not intended as an additional checkout task.

Location was perfect for our stay! Quiet neighborhood and the house was clean. Easy ample parking was a bonus! Neighborhood also includes a community basketball court, which made my boys happy. I loved the washer and dryer so much that it made me want to upgrade my own. We loved watching the deer in the yard and the front porch was our favorite gathering spot. Loved our stay!

The accommodations were clean. The spaces were adequate ( living room, bedrooms) bathrooms were ok. Kitchen was a bit tight but acceptable! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and was a fair value.

Great relaxing centralized location

This house had everything we needed in a great location central to all the things we had planned. It was the perfect stop between our excursions for a rest and reset. Cannot wait to go back!
