The place was exactly as advertised and super clean. Would absolutely recommend the place. Nice having the walking paths right outside the unit and we very much enjoyed the pool since Palm Springs was experiencing a rare heat wave in March. Great communication from the property management. All around great place to stay and would stay again.

Very clean rental condo. Great location on the complex perimeter facing the Preserve.Initial confusion on gate entry, but once I realized there was a gate fob that was solved.TV took some time to figure out, but we did.Very central location in Palm Springs.Very easy to go for morning walks.All in all, we would return.

Clean, spacious, easy to check in and out, good communication with the host, ideal location for going downtown as well as exploring nature. Love the pool and the laundry facilities were especially convenient. Would definitely come back!

Terrific condo in a great location with great amenities. Entire place was clean, well kept, and had all of the basics for any necessary cooking. Heated pools were clean and well kept as well.

Fully-equipped condo, beautiful views of the mountains from patio and easy access out the back door to walk on Prescott Preserve daily. Management company supportive & helpful.

Overall the condo was large, had everything that I needed and clean. The only problem was the check in process. I stay at VRBO properties several times a year and have never had the issues thst I had here. I was willing to pay extra to check in early because my plane arrival changed but there was no way to do that. I tjought that was odd. When I got to the property, the "code" didn't work. I called and was on hold for about 15 min and then it disconnected me. I tried the code again (about the 10th time)and thankfully it worked. I was able to find the property and get in (although that was hard too). We finally got in and I called the property management team back . They didn't even realize that I wasn't still on hold . They had no idea that I was able to get in. I guess I expected that they would have tried to call me back to make sure I was in. Also when filling out the paperwork, I had to send my ID and a selfie to prove I was me? I never heard back if I was approved so called them to make sure. A little stressful. The place was just what I was looking for but the check in and booking process was so stressful that I wanted to let others know what to expect.

Best part of the condo was the nature preserve, and it's trails, located right outside the sliding glass door. Amazing! Tranquil, quiet, lots of birds. Very nice neighbors. Comfortable, charming, clean Condo. Very comfy beds. Primary bedroom sliding door is hard to open. Newer kitchen appliances. Refridgerator has water spigot inside. It's easy to miss but don't because it's fabulous cold water access. Used daily. Well stocked larders and paper goods! Some rugs have older stains and some of the wooden furniture a bit shabby, but maybe a deep shampoo of rugs would help or time to replace the outer bathroom rug in primary bathroom. Great bathroom water pressure. The primary bathtub/ shower needs a closer handrail to the edge, it's a slip hazard. Could definitely use a dresser, as there is limited space to place folded clothes, except hanging clothes, so lived out of suitcases. The light bulbs are very bright. need less bright, so would feel cozier, particularly in the dining room. But there are several dimmers which help in many rooms. Tasteful living room furniture. Wonderful desks in bedrooms. Needs a bedroom TV. There was a mix up with the host on TV in primary bedroom, so they brought one right over and installed it within a day on a holiday weekend. Excellent customer service. A part on the AC went out, which took longer to repair but the host was attentive to it. Excellent stay! Again, the trails were the highlight! Am coming back.

8-day stay first time in Palm Springs

Enjoyed my stay in Palm Springs. Condo was very clean and exactly as described in listing. Location was good, being close to downtown Palm Springs and various restaurants. Close to hiking and outdoor activities. Would definitely recommend for future visits.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful resort

Perfect apartment to spend 1 week in Palm Springs. The location is not too far from downtown. The gardens are very nice and the view of the mountains is amazing.The pool and tennis court are a plus.

Perfect Family Retreat

Our family was very happy with this vaction rental. We have stayed in many vrbo's and this one was well equipped and clean. The location was convenient and the nature reserve was an added bonus. We enjoyed listening to the various birds right outside the patio. I would stay here again and would recommend the unit to other family members.

A breath-taking location

We loved this accommodation, it was clean, fully stocked, well located and most importantly set in a beautiful location. The host was responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Great location and space

This condo was very nicely appointed, very clean, nicely landscaped, with a convenient kitchen, and a great location. The patio overlooked the mountains and the nature preserve with walking and biking trails right outside the door. We enjoyed Little Beverly Hills adjacent to the complex with its midcentury architecture. Easy access to downtown PS by car.

Started badly because the codes for the entry gate didn’t work. Although I was able to speak with somebody I was fortunate enough to follow another car into the pry. It was clean but time-worn. Sliding doors opened with difficulty and the broomsticks to “lock” these were difficult and disconcerting. Kitchen was excellent with nice appliances. Laundry was outside the unit adjacent to a small patio; each use of it involved fighting the sticky sliding doors although it was functional. The TV was too “smart” for me and I was unable to access local channels and was stuck with streaming. The photos online were too nice and a bit misleading. Lighting in the primary bedroom is wanting.
