The studio condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The room was very clean. The hostess was very responsive to our messages. We would definitely recommend this condo.!

We only had 2 trash bags to last seven days so we had to use grocery bags the last 2 days. Only had 2 rolls of toilet paper so had to buy that. We had 4 towels to last 7 days. We contacted the reality co.pany and asked for more but never got them so it was 9 dollars each time we had to wash them. Other than that everything else was great.

We do want to clarify that we provide a starter supply of essentials such as trash bags and toilet paper rather than enough for the entire stay. For short term rentals, fresh towels are not replaced during the stay, and guests are asked to wash and reuse the towels provided as needed. We appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you back to Destin again in the future.

The host was very friendly and helpful. This place was a great stay for the price. We always stay at different condos at sandpiper as a family but this was my first year being old enough to rent one myself and bring my husband for our honeymoon. The only complaint we had was the cleanlines. They charge you extra to bring a pet, but obviously dont use that money towards cleaning. The carpets were stained and the floors definitely could use a good mop. It wasnt filthy by any means and well worth the money. It just couldve been cleaner. Will definitely book again with this host

Fabulous Family Vacation

I was so impressed by this studio. The set up was magical and it was stocked perfect. I really didnt need anything other than items I want specific. She allowed me to bring my cat and he had a blast. I felt the outline and expectations were clear and fair. I respect this resort for its comradery and friendliness. My sister and Dawn Wilson were on the premise as well and we had so much fun walking between each others condos and exploring Destin. Thank you Heather! I look forward to coming to Sandpiper again!

Business trip

I had 2 trashbags for a 7 day stay.The ice maker in fridge didnt work properly.Other then that i would stay there again.The nieghbors were rude we picked up the dog poop from are dogs like we do at home.But one nieghbor got really ignorant with the girlfriend to the point that she started crying blaming her for not picking up dog poop which she had theres definitely a size comparison between a small dogs poop and to bit bulls poop but she picked it up anyways which caused me to want to walk over and show him the size difference which i didnt i chose to be the better person but the guy was really ignorant and needs a reality check thanks

We loved staying in this complex. The condo was a five min walk to the beach with great access. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had and help in any way. We found the bed very uncomfortable. It is a Murphy bed which was fine but the mattress definitely needs to be updated to a better more comfortable mattress. The couch was also very uncomfortable which unfortunately are in most of the smaller less expensive condos. The other thing was it is a non-smoking condo but the moment we opened the door we could smell cigarette smoke strongly. Obviously there have been smokers that have rented the condo before. I have asthma and it immediately triggered it. The condo was clean but it definitely needs updating. I wanted to give it a five star but unfortunately with the things I mentioned above I gave it 3 stars. I think this is a condo that a management company runs and next time I go I will find something through an actual owner as I feel they are more likely to keep their property cleaner, up to date and better equipped with what the renter needs.
