*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 50lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400 plus tax.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and Callista Vacation Rentals fines.
