🌊 Time to relax in this spacious haven at Phoenix VII 7303 in Orange Beach, Alabama. This well appointed condo boasts breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico in this spacious 3rd floor unit. You’ll have plenty of room to roam in this 3 bedroom unit that sleeps up to 10. This home features a Primary King Suite, a Double Queen Guest Room and another Queen Guest Room. Phoenix VII has lots of great amenities and is centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach.

As you step inside the unit, you will be led to a large open living space. Enjoy relaxation in our comfortable living room with gorgeous views of the Gulf. You find ample seating with queen sofa sleeper sectional. There’s room to gaze at the ocean, spend time in conversation with your family or curl up for movie time on the large screen tv.

The primary suite is a luxurious retreat featuring a king bed, en-suite bath and beautiful ocean views with balcony access. The sink area is outside of the main bath to help streamline your morning routine. Enjoy the luxury of a walk in shower in this en-suite. The flat screen tv will ensure entertainment and relaxation.

The second bedroom features 2 queen beds which provides ample space for your guests to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. There is also a flat screen tv to catch up on your favorite shows.

The third bedroom offers additional space for your guests. This room is furnished with a queen bed and tv too!

The fully equipped kitchen has lots of space to cook your favorite meals. It features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy your meal at the bar with seating for 2, the dining table with seating for 8 or the balcony with seating for 4.

Free wireless Internet is provided, keeping you connected during your vacation. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

PHOENIX VII AMENITIES
The complex has lots of wonderful amenities. Outside, you will find a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool and hot tub which is perfect for keeping cooling off. There are several grills for barbecuing or cooking up your fresh caught fish. Bring your tennis racquets and play on the courts. Indoor, you’ll find a large indoor pool and several hot tubs. You can also find saunas and a workout room to keep up with your daily exercise schedule. You’ll also be able to enjoy a racquetball court.

Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix VII. Two parking passes are available. We will contact you prior to arrival to register your vehicle(s).

Beach, view, Phoenix VII property was great. Condo was fair. Hall bathroom sink was stopped up. Master bedspread had blood stains. Kitchen was nice with everything in it!

I do want to address the concerns you mentioned. The quilt in the master was freshly washed before your arrival. There was a tiny red spot about the size of a pinhead that did wash out, but it definitely was not a bloodstain. I wish I had known during your stay so I could have checked it right away or provided a replacement. I also wasn’t aware of the hall bathroom sink draining slowly, and I apologize for that. It has since been addressed. I truly appreciate your honesty, and I’m glad the rest of the condo met your needs. I hope we’ll have the chance to host you again for an even better stay next time. 🌴✨

The decor is beautiful, the view is gorgeous, the use of the wagon and beach items was a plus! The dryer took a long time to dry the clothes. It was not 5 star as promised. There was only one dish towel. It was spacious for 5 people.
