Kitchen and dining was terribly furnished. No placemats; 2 wine glasses; dishes for a maximum of 4 people when the condo could accommodate 8. Pots and pans were sufficient but not ideal.

Needed Beach Getaway

Gorgeous property! The sofa on the balcony was Perfect for morning coffee as we listened to the breeze in the palm trees and enjoyed the ocean view. The bed was incredibly comfortable. What a great experience! We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Good Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was as described. Clean, well maintained. The location was close to the beach and the pool. This property was packed with families and ball teams, so the small pool was very crowded. The hallways were loud at times with kids running around and slamming doors. We will not plan our trip during the month of June again. Just too crowded for us, not relaxing.

Everything was fine except the third bath not remodeled. Black mold around edge of tub. We removed most with mold and mildew spray. Kitchen faucet was of poor quality. The ocean view was lovely from the main bedroom. The living area was very comfortable. Both outdoor showers were in need of replacing. Older adults couldn’t even turn them on since you had to get down on your needs to turn them on. Very odd.

Relaxing, recharged, peaceful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a perfect place for us. Loved seeing the ocean every day and that pool was a blessing on the windy days. The beds were amazing and had the best night sleep. Not enough towels, kitchen could have used more everyday utensils. Loved having an elevator and keypad for the unit. Didn't like the whirl pool in the master. Hard to get into and it wasn't working.Would definitely come back again next year.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the ocean views, the pool, and the comfort of the beds. We appreciate your input about the kitchen utensils—we’ve since added more to better accommodate our guests. I also wanted to share that the master bathroom is scheduled for a remodel this winter, and we’ll be updating the photos once it’s complete. We hope to welcome you back next year for an even better experience!

Did not meet expectations

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s wild dunes. Been there many times. The condo is spacious and well appointed. However, there were knats in the unit which was surprising. They brought some electric things to the condo to try and kill them. Did not work well at all. Put a couple of Zevo things in there! I shouldn’t have to buy that for what this place costs per night. There was a ton of mildew in two of the showers. The master shower was also dirty. Maint came and cleaned the showers but again this shouldn’t be happening for a place like this. Theres zero paid for tv service so hopefully you’re tech savvy so you know how to use your own subscriptions to use the TVs which we are but the TVs were a little bit of a pain to get YT tv setup. Again a hassle which shouldn’t be. The dryer doesn’t work well at all so be aware. All in all this place could’ve been great but I had to do work while on vacation to fix things that shouldn’t have to be fixed.
