Welcome to Searentiy on 30A and discover your perfect beach getaway. We completely renovated the whole house, and We are excited to share our family beach house with you and your loved ones. You'll find brand new kitchen with all new appliances, new flooring and new bathrooms and all 65" TVs in each room. Bring the whole family to Searneity and build long lasting memories.
Our Home is located in Blue Mountain Beach, Walking distance to beaches and many restaurants near by , coffee shops, ice cream, and bakery. The location can’t be beat! You are far enough away from the overwhelming crowds of Seaside, close enough for a quick bike ride to Gulf Place or the fun area of Grayton Beach! Blue Mountain Beach is known for its pristine shoreline, beautiful dunes, and laid-back atmosphere, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing family vacation.
Our spacious 3 bedroom and 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 10 and plenty of space for Fun.
Upon entering our home, you'll find a lovely living room, complete with ample seating for your entire group. Kick back and relax as you watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV or step out onto the patio to enjoy the wooded views surrounding the property. The well-appointed kitchen boasts all the new stainless-steel appliances and all the essentials you need for preparing and serving delicious meals. Gather around the separate dining area or pull up a stool to the kitchen bar for more casual dining options. The second level of the home hosts the primary bedroom, where you can rest peacefully on a king bed and access a balcony with picturesque views of the Florida pines. This room also features a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Bedroom two offers a king bed, a Smart TV, and access to a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Bedroom three is on the first level and perfect for the kids or additional guests, offering a twin-over-king bed, with a twin trundle. as well as a 65” Smart TV. Bedroom three also has access to a community bathroom.
Enjoy the convenience of 3 car parking spots, equipped with an electric vehicle charger, and make use of the included adult bicycles to explore the beauty of Blue Mountain Beach. With beach access just a short easement walks away, you'll be soaking up the sun and surfing in no time. After a fun day in the sun, wash off the salt and sand in your very own outdoor shower.

Ring Doorbell disclosure and house rules:
1. Your safety matters. Ring doorbell with surveillance camera is located at the front door, facing away from the house. The camera does not look into any interior spaces, view of the front porch and driveway. Camera recordings are automatically removed after 7 weeks.
2. No Smoking allowed.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No party allowed.
(Guests who violate this will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.)
5: Age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and stay in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Beach accesses:
Beach Access:1: Blue Lupine beach access, it is 5 minutes’ walk and this is closest beach access from the house, the guest cannot set up tent at the beach, but you can bring the chair and sit near the waterline Due to private beach at the Condo.

Beach Access 2: Blue Mountain Regional Access ,it is public beach access and you can set up tent and it is half mile from the house.

Beach access 3: Golfview Heights Beach Access, it is public beach access and It is 1.5 mile from the house.

Other things to note:
We hope our guests will have a wonderful stay. We only ask our guests to treat this home like it is their own and care for it like it is theirs. Please be respectful of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Some things to note for your visit:

1:TOWELS and Linens: Towels and linens are provided. we do provide 6 beach towels at home and We ask you to wash the beach towels before your check out.
2: BBQ Grill free of charge: Guests are expected to clean before and after use.
3: Outdoor Shower/ rinse off: Please use outdoor shower to rinse off the sands
4: Beach toys, board games are provided as a courtesy for our guests. Please clean off after use and properly store back to its original location for other guests to use.
5: 4 adult Bikes are provided, Please take care of our bikes , If lost ,each bike will be charged $600. please lock the bikes before Check out.
6: Washer and dryer are free to use and are located inside the house. Please dry all beach towels and beach clothing outside and shake off items free of sand before putting into washer/ dryer.
7: EARLY CHECK-IN: Only If available. Subject to additional charge depending on requests.
8: LATE CHECKOUT: not guaranteed. Extra day needs to be booked to guarantee the late checkout. Late check out subject to additional charge depending on situation. Please keep in mind our cleaners charge based on their time, all cleanings have been scheduled according to check out time.

9: Bugs and pests are a pain! Especially here in Florida. Some bugs do not live in the house but are quick to enter a home through an open door. Please make sure to keep all doors closed to prevent unwanted friends inside.
