This adorable house is located in the historic Brickyard section of the Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood of 30A, and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Blue Mountain is right next to Santa Rosa Beach on one side and Grayton Beach just right down the road. Location is perfect as you can walk to many restaurants and shops. Our cottage is a short walk from 4 public beach accesses, all with public parking that allow super easy access to our famous sugar sand beaches and emerald green water. It only takes 2 minutes in your COMPLIMENTARY 6 seater golf cart. If you compare with beach vendors you'll see these carts rent for over $100 a day! HUGE SAVINGS and FREE with your rental with us.

Old world island style abounds in this gorgeous cottage that sleeps 7, outfitted with high end finishes and designer touches! Completely renovated and modern in all ways with an open floor plan complete with quartz and marble counters, high end yet comfortable furnishings, organic bedding and your own full laundry. The kitchen has everything you could need for a great vacation. The whole family will love the charm and comfort of this home. The master bedroom has a king bedroom, the guest bedroom or second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a full below and twin on the top, all with organic high end bedding.
Outside in your awesome fenced and private backyard, you will find an adorable private outdoor shower, cafe lights overhead, 7 mature palm trees with landscape lighting, an outdoor grill station and an outdoor dining area. You also have access to the guests shed with 4 beach bikes (normally $75/ each per week) for you to use as well as a brand new paddle board, beach toys and beach chairs. You are right next to Point Washington State Forest with over 20 miles of bike trails that will take you over many of the rare coastal lakes of the area, unique to only a few places in the world.

You will have everything you need to make wonderful family memories here as we have thought of everything! We even have you stocked with board games for the whole family for a fun game night. There is a Smart TV in every room for those days where you want to be a little lazy. Ahhhhhh! Relaxed yet?

We love how many great spots there are to walk to from here along 30A. Almost any cuisine is a quick walk or golf cart ride away, and the beach is literally across the street. Simply jump in your cart and park at Blue Mountain Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches along the Gulf, right around the corner from you! Lots of other great spots are close by as well including Gulf Place and the famous town of Seaside from the Truman Show. Alys Beach and Rosemary are close by as well, go check out the shopping and dining- you will love it!

A 6-seater golf cart is included in the rental.
*Please note we cannot guarantee availability of golf cart as it could be out at anytime without notice for emergency service if damaged by a previous renter. (We have only had this happen one time though in 2 years.) If golf cart happens to not be available due to unforeseen maintenance or damages we are not responsible for replacement cart rental or or monetary reimbursement. By renting this home through VRBO, you contractually agree to the legal terms of the rental management agreement below.
Travel protection/insurance is not included. You are welcome to obtain this on your own.

Other things to note-
Swankle Shack LLC will not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by any amenities provided to guests including, but not limited to; bikes, golf cart, or paddle boards.
Please note the golf cart is not be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or the end of Highway 30A to the West. Additionally, any issue from the golf cart battery dying due to renters not charging it, will then be charged to the renters.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
