Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay fell short of the experience you deserved. The cleanliness concerns, plumbing issues, missing kitchen essentials, and especially the pest concerns you described are certainly not the standards we strive to maintain. We’re also sorry for the interactions you experienced with our maintenance staff, as courteous and professional service is important to us. I will be reporting this to the HOA of Jade East. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with these issues throughout your stay, particularly after reporting the roach problem and not receiving the follow-up you expected. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will share your feedback with the appropriate teams so these matters can be reviewed. Thank you again for letting us know about your experience. We sincerely regret the frustration and disappointment this caused and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

Thanks so much, Cindy! We’re thrilled you loved the location and found the condo comfy. It makes us so happy to hear you’d come back — we’d love to host you again anytime!

Dear Sharee, Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful views, spacious accommodations, and the crystal-clear water. It’s wonderful to know that the pool and beach met your expectations and that the elevators were not a hassle during your stay. We also greatly appreciate your acknowledgment of our responsiveness during the booking and check-in process. Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests is always our top priority. Thank you again for choosing our property for your vacation. We would love to welcome you back in the future! Best regards, Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals and Sales

Thank you for taking the time to share detailed feedback. We’re glad the beach view and check‑in process met your expectations. We’re very sorry your stay fell short in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and pest control. That is unacceptable, and we wish we had known during your stay so we could have addressed these issues immediately. We have passed your report to our housekeeping team, maintenance, and the property owner. Actions being taken include a thorough deep clean (vents, fans, rugs, showers, balcony), inspection and repair/replacement of balcony furniture and the pantry bifold door, an evaluation of the balcony door caulking and shower drainage, review of mattresses/pillows, and an intensified pest‑control inspection/treatment. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention — feedback like yours helps us improve the experience for future guests.

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. I hope you were able to catch some great sunsets while you were here. The meteor shower was fantastic. Until next time.

Thank you so much! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the beautiful beachfront location and hope to welcome you back again soon! 🌊☀️
