This is the best time to be here! Every day in October was mid 80's, with lows in the 60's. The water is still great & there's no tourists. Forecast for the next 2 weeks is perfect! Centrally located between Grand Boulevard and Sandestin Resort you can walk, bike or golf cart to many local destinations & we're just a short drive to the famous beaches of 30A! Our peaceful balcony overlooks a small forest that virtually takes you away to the country. Comfy King bed. Complex includes a pool & gym.

Our peaceful and tranquil unit offers a great nights sleep on a comfy king-sized memory foam mattress. 2nd bed is a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room.

Create culinary wonders in our full-sized kitchen and relax in the spacious living room. The couch is a pull out sofa with memory foam mattress. A full sized bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. There is also a washer and dryer. Enjoy the serenity of the balcony overlooking a small forest.

The complex includes a quaint pool and gym with coded access and grilling/picnic areas

Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital is within walking distance, as is Publix grocery store. Restaurants within walking distance include Starbucks, Grimaldi's Pizza, Bricktops, Jimmy Johns, Broken Egg Cafe, Emiril's and Flemings Steakhouse
