Dette rummelige 118 år gamle hjem ligger i det historiske distrikt i Nordlige Kentucky, ved Riverfront. Det fungerede som præstegård for Calvary Methodist Episcopal Church indtil 2001. Fordi vi kun er 3. ejere af dette dejlige hjem, har det bevaret al sin historiske charme inklusive originale glasvinduer, men renoveret med alt det nyskabende design til dagens livsstil!

Tag en spadseretur langs gaderne i kvarteret forbi unikke butikker, restauranter og al den underholdning, den mægtige Ohio-flod har at byde på. Nyd sejlsport; Spisesteder ved floden plus du er en bro væk fra din yndlingssport i store ligaer! Du er også få minutter væk fra de mange forskellige kulturelle begivenheder, museer og familievenlige aktiviteter Nord-Kentucky og området Greater Cincinnati har at tilbyde.

Perfect Girls’ Weekend Getaway!

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in Bellevue for our girls’ weekend! Six best friends catching up, recharging, and making memories—it was exactly what we needed. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could have asked for.The location was ideal—an easy walk to the charming downtown Bellevue area with cute shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to downtown Cincinnati for even more to explore.Our host, Jane, was fantastic—quick to respond and super accommodating, even helping us with an early check-in so we could make the most of our weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

This house was beautiful, had comfortable beds, and was well located. We were walking distance to so much. We ate at the Elusive Cow which was recommended by the owner and loved it! We were also able to cook a large meal in the kitchen. This place was perfect for our group of six adults.

Location, location, location! Wonderful house and owners.

Super clean, very historic house beautifully restored and maintained. The location was so perfect for all the attractions in northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. We went to two Reds games, a Bengals practice, Aquarium, zoo, museums, and then came home to this splendid house every evening. We walked to restaurants for breakfast and dinner. We sat on the porch and watched fireworks from across the river! Highly recommend to anyone visiting this area!!

Charming Home

We already knew we loved this area in Kentucky. We also really liked the charming house. Beds were comfortable, attic area was great, and the living / dining rooms were perfect for our group. Communication with host was also great.

Nice home with lots of character in a great location

It worked out really well for our two families of four. It was close to everything you need while on vacation. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was a little uncomfortable, but other than that, we had no negatives.

Great stay!

We were in town to celebrate our daughter's wedding. This house was in the perfect location to attend events on both the KY and Cincinnati sides. The house is bigger than it appears in the pictures. We enjoyed coffee on the porch and friendly conversations with the locals as they walked by. Super convenient to restaurants. We would stay here again!

The Parsonage is wonderful

The Parsonage was an absolute delight! The facility was charming - four levels, each with its own uniqueness. The property owners were great to work with, responsive, providing insight to the area and recommendations for things to see and places to eat. If we return to the Cincinnati area, we will defintely try to stay in the Parsonage again.

Outstanding property, would highly recommend !

This is the second time that my family has stayed at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it as much as the first time. The property is very clean, located close to downtown Cincinnati and has quick access to the interstate system which goes through and around the city. The home has all the amenities you need for a visit. The owner is great to work with and can customize the home to accommodate children of all ages. We plan to stay there again the next time we are in Cincinnati.

Very Nice home in a cute friendly neighborhood

This home was spacious for 6 of us. The 3 floor was hot but over all we had a great vacation. We walked to the shops in the neighborhood in the evening for dinner and treats. Neighbors were nice to chat with. Easy access to sites we came to see.

Great location and comfortable home!!

We had a great time during our weekend in Bellevue. We were there for a reds game and the house is a reasonable walk to the shuttle stop which takes you to the stadium (we even had a 5 and 3 yr old able to walk it). There are good food option within walking distance too and awesome ice cream. The house is great! Comfortable beds, plenty of space for everyone and lots of character. The owners are very easy to work with and very helpful. We hope to be back next year!!

Lovely home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay! The owners were very quick to respond to our messages. The décor is lovely and thoughtful. We stayed in and cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped. TV has basic cable which owners might want to consider upgrading. The mattresses are another area where an update would be appreciated. Overall, we'd happily recommend this property.

Northern KY Home: Close to Downtown Cinci

This home was a wonderful place to stay for our daughter's wedding. It is nicely appointed and had everything we needed to make the weekend very pleasant. Without hesitation, I recommend this VRBO property, plenty of room and lots of space for everyone to get ready for the big day. The listing is accurate and we found the home in excellent condition. The home is a short walk from downtown Bellevue and a trolley ride to Covington, Newport and downtown Cincinnati.

Loved this house!

We spent the month of Dec. at this location to be near family and it suited our needs perfectly. It is conveniently located off a major highway, across from downtown Cincinnati near several great restaurants. The house is larger than the description indicates because the 3rd floor is like one big dorm room. It was hard cooking in the small kitchen with its minimal counter space and cooking utensils but the beautiful woodwork and pristine condition of this charming old home more than made up for it.

Beautiful restored home

Beautiful old home, restored and equipped with modern amenities. My wife and I visited with another couple, and we found the two large bedrooms and the two full bathrooms on the second floor to be very convenient. Downtown Cincinnati is close by; look for the Purple People Bridge to cross the Ohio River. Downtown Bellevue is a few blocks away and worth exploring, check out the Bellevue Bistro. We enjoyed everything about this house for our 1 week stay in the Cincinnati area. I highly recommend it to others, and we plan to stay again next time we are in the area.

Girls Weekend

The house was so convenient to everything that we did in the Cincinnati area. We were able to walk easily to shops and restaurants from the house and it was easy to get in and out of the Cincinnati area in a car. It was great to stay in a house with a historic aspect. The only negative part of the house was actually the sleeping quarters in the upper floor/attic. The attic was so hot, even with AC, that no one could sleep in that room.

Quaint and Cozy

Our trip was fantastic! House was exactly as described and communication with Jane was impeccable! She responded immediately to all requests. The architecture of the home was beautiful, and the rooms were large and spacious. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen, along with plenty of paper products, a toaster, an electric tea pot and a blender. It was within walking distance of so many restaurants and cute little coffee shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and highly recommend this for your next stay. Bellevue is a beautiful town with friendly people!

Authentic parsonage feel with all modern conveniences

A lovely home fit for a family of 16 to 74 years old. Large period style rooms, with a big dining room wherein we gathered for dinners and playing games. Our hostess was more than accommodating to our needs and delightful to talk to. Thank you for sharing this home with us. An added extra to a sports oriented family was watching the fireworks from the Cincinnati Baseball stadium from the front porch! With our granddaughter accepted into the UC Medical Program, we are looking forward to staying here again when we visit.

Our background and education includes design, architecture, building and renovation of homes to their original grandeur. When we found this gem we knew immediate this would be a home we could retire to but for now it is perfect for a visiting family, corporate relocation, or just a home away from home.

We chose this home because it offers quaint urban living and big city excitement all within walking distance of our marvelous riverfront. This home offers original wood trim and flooring, working pocket doors, 10' high ceilings, original fireplaces and a comfortable kitchen.
