Very clean and pleasant stay overall. The space was comfortable and well-kept, and we enjoyed our time here.That being said, I was a little disappointed with the view. I felt that the price of the room led me to expect a better mountain view, so that was a bit underwhelming.My other concern was the 10:00 AM checkout time. We asked if we could have just one additional hour, but were told that wasn’t possible because the room needed to be cleaned for the next guests. I completely understand needing enough time to prepare the room, but we were also required to take out all of our trash and wash the dishes before leaving. Since we were already expected to take care of those things ourselves, I felt that allowing a one-hour later checkout would have been a reasonable request, especially considering the remaining cleaning would primarily involve the linens and towels.Other than those things, it was a nice stay and the property itself was very clean and pleasant.

Super nice condo, beautiful views of the mountains. Only thing was that the master bedroom did not cool down like the rest of the condo, but I brought my own fan anyway. Would recommend staying here!

Hot tub was close and nice! Hours for hot tub could be extended. Unit was clean and set up nicely. Water heater needs to be a little larger for the number of people the unit can accommodate. The living room and loft were great!

Place was kind of clean. Bare minimum was provided and the place is not 5 minutes from anakeesta and other attractions. The listing for how far the attractions are not accurate. I got all chat gpt responses when texting with the person. I don’t recommend this place if you are scared of tight windy roads. The place itself was super nice but host was not very helpful and site lies about some things. One of the views were decent but it was blocked by a counter so we didn’t even see it for half the trip. Overall, the trip was fun but I do not recommend staying with this person or at this place.

Adorable condo!

The condo is well decorated and clean! Has a nice view of the woods and mountains! Only issue we had was hot water for showers don't last very long so you'll want to take a quick shower! And the drive up and down the mountains gave me extremely nervous!

This stay was okay. The cleanliness of the property was very disappointing. I found food and other items in the floors from previous stays, the blinds were nasty and had hair, dead bugs, and visible dirt stuck to them. We had to buy our own towels due to the majority of them having stains on them. Luckily we were on the 3rd floor because neither one of the patio doors would lock properly but it was still made us a little weary with a child. The communication between us and the staff was great though. Their response time was great. We enjoyed the pool.

60th Birthday Trip

The condo could use a major facelift on the exterior. The interior was somewhat updated. The bedrooms were a nice size with firm comfortable beds. The kitchen area is very small, with small sized appliances, and no ice maker. The condo appeared to be clean, but the couch was filthy under the cushions & under the couch. There are 2 balconies but one was not usable & it was the one that had the best view. Overall we had a great time was just surprised at how old and run down it was.

Read all about this property before you book. It is on the third floor with no elevator. Also, the air filter was super dirty. Someone was supposed to come in the next day and change it and all they did was tape the rugs down so they came the next day and changed it. There was mildew in the master bedroom, shower, and one of the pots that they have for you to cook with is full of rust. To drive into Gatlinburg is like 15 to 17 minutes going down the mountain and like 20 to 25 coming up going into pigeon Forge is like 20 to 25 minutes going down and 25 to 30 to come back up.

Unfortunately, our stay was shortened due to some issues with the condo and some of the people in the area. The pictures are very misleading. The mattresses were dirty along with the sheets, floors, walls and bathrooms. There were no “epic” views as listing either. Not the way we wanted to spend our late mother’s birthday.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. It was nice to have a place to come home to after our travels. It was clean and comfortable. There were a few minor issues, such as a very strong curry smell that never really left during our two week stay, and the master bath tub didn't drain well. Pots and pans had a lot of Teflon flaking off and the stove top was uneven, making it hard to cook on. None of these were deal breakers for us, but the property could use some updates. Every time I had a question, I sent a message and received a response within an hour usually. We would definitely stay with Grand Welcome again.
