As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by plush couches that invite you to kick back and relax. The living area is perfect for movie nights with its large smart tv and cozy reading chairs. Natural light floods the room through the large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. And on those chilly nights, you can snuggle up by the electric fireplace and enjoy a soothing evening in. When it's time to whip up a meal, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything else you’ll need for convenient cooking. Pull up a stool at the kitchen counter for a quick snack or enjoy a formal dinner with friends and family at the dining table for 6. You'll never want to leave this space!



This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper in the living area.



- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and tv.

- Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.

- This is a walk-down unit requiring the use of stairs (15 steps).

- 2 parking spaces are provided.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- The home is not pet friendly.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
