This is the third time I have rented this property from Helena and once again she made it a wonderful experience. We had everything we needed and found the place to be very clean and well-stocked. Communication from host was perfect and made for a smooth check in/ check out. The only thing better than the value of renting this property are the views.

Mike and his family are always welcome to come to my house. They are the perfect guest to have... So respectful of the house and the property. My family and I had a wonderful time and would definitely come back to Three Mile Bay. The pictures don’t do the house justice, was larger and nicer than pictured.

This was a great property and the lake is just steps away from the deck. There is also a fire pit and picnic table next to the lake, which was great was fires/s'mores at night. The area was very quiet, which truly allowed for a relaxing time away. Inside, there are a few different lounge areas with couches, and plenty of sleeping areas with a bedroom downstairs and 3 beds in the loft. The kitchen was also stocked with oil, basic spices and pots/pans. The host also provided drinking water. One note, there isn't any central air, but there are plenty of fans and windows to allow fresh air and a cross breeze. Would absolutely stay again!

Stayed for a week with my wife, adult sons and their wives/gf’s and dogs. House is beautiful and great access to the water. Very relaxing to sit by the campfire at night. Host was very accommodating and easy to contact. Listing is as described. The water is the only real negative, pretty significant sulfer smell. You can’t drink the water and it was tough to even shower. That said Helena is up front about this and left us plenty of water to drink and do the dishes. No issues with neighbors or kids running in the yard as others described in thier reviews, it was very peaceful setting, in fact on 2 mornings we had deer in the yard. The road is very quiet to walk your pets. The deck is huge and a great place to have your meals. Didn’t feel not having AC impacted our stay at all as there were plenty of fans and the breeze cooled the house down at night, I defintely would stay again!

The location on the water is amazing, and the house is even better in person than in the pictures. The house is spacious and the main living area has wonderful floor to ceiling views. We had a great time here and our dog especially loved playing in the water.

Wonderful Stay!

It was a beautiful place to stay on beautiful land. We loved the ping pong table and the games and loved skipping rocks and looking at the stars. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Amazing time at an amazing property

Second time staying at Helena’s property and it was equally enjoyable as the prior stay. Check in was easy, the home is well-appointed and contains just about everything one would need to enjoy 3 Mile Bay. I’d rent the place all season if I didn’t have that pesky job getting in the way of things.

Perfect getaway

This place was absolutely perfect! The views from every room are amazing, and there was plenty of room inside to spread out. We had a blast catching 4 plus pound smallies all week and will definitely go back!

Beautiful Great Room

The Great Room and deck is amazing. All the windows let so much natural light in and the chairs on the deck are so comfortable. Just watching the lake, deer and turkeys very relaxing.

Beautiful tranquility

This lake lot was beautiful and quiet. Owner was easy to communicate with. The view was as described - sunrises were amazing. We would definitely go again.

Very Relaxing, Beautiful View

Great family cabin

Thank you Helena for sharing your home with us. We had a lovely stay with our three young kids (aged 2-8) and grandma. Lots of space inside and outside. The beach is rocky but totally manageable, and my kids loved swimming and snorkeling. Easy day trips to Cape Vincent and Alexandria Bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Vacation Spot Yet!

This rental was amazing. The property was so beautiful! The cottage was much bigger and prettier in person. There was a private rocky beach, so swimming, kayaking, etc was so easy to access. The property owner, Helena, was so helpful and quick to text with any questions we asked. We rent a lake cottage every year, and this was the best one yet! Gorgeous, relaxing, fun! What else could you ask for?

My boys and I had a great time here. Helena was so easy to work with. Very responsive. The house was perfect, the lake was beautiful. I’d def recommend this place to anyone!
