Ideal downstairs corner location on greenbelt in preferred Regency Building 5 and adjacent to beach trail. Enjoy pleasant trade winds in this light & bright condo with portable A/C units in both bedrooms and living area (No central air or split system).
This brilliant condo in Poipu offers a tremendous living space with 2 bedrooms - one is a family suite with two queen beds and a twin bed, and the other one is with a Cal king bed. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with shower or tub and hair dryers for your convenience. Additionally, there is a fantastic living room with a sectional sofa that converts into another queen bed.
With amenities like portable ACs, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo.

Beautiful condo with a stocked kitchen with all the dishes/waffle maker coffee maker and including having coffee filters and sugar!We enjoyed our time and used the games along with boogie boards! Great walk tot he beach to see the turtles every morning.Walking distance to restaurants. Love the assigned parking spot and we used all of the pools!

A wonderful place to stay in Poipu. Extremely convenient access to Brennecke, Poipu and Shipwreck beaches.

We had a lovely time here! The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed to cook! We loved the pools and also the accessibility to the beaches. We will be back! Thank you for being great hosts!

Susan's place was awesome! Very true to pictures, kitchen had everything very nice dishes, pans everything you need! Such a great location, a beautiful and easy walk to the best beaches. The grounds of the resort were beautiful. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were great! Place was very clean and maintained! The only one thing I could see for improvement was some more beach chairs, there were 2, but those are getting older but still work fine -- appreciate all the toys for kids, boogie boards and the wagon saved us for the trips down to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks so much for a memorable vacation!

What a great property! The unit was well-appointed and had everything you could possibly need. The location was beautiful and the lanai had the perfect breeze every day. When we needed to contact the host, the issue was taken care of immediately. Susan was wonderful, as was Sheila, the local manager. I would definitely stay again if I were back in Kauai.

Wonderful stay. Loved the downstairs corner unit!! Great access and no attached neighbors. Grounds were manicured and beautiful. Within walking distance to poipu beach areas to watch amazing sunsets after grabbing a puka dog. And of course snorkel and enjoy the beaches. AC’s in each room kept us cool. Bedrooms were comfy and big! And really nice gatherings spaces for our family of 6. Extras provided (wagon, chairs, umbrella and cooler, especially) were very much appreciated. Also appreciated the lovely welcome gift of wine and chocolates. Very well appointed. Nothing I would change. Looking forward to staying here again 🫶

Amazing spot for a family vacation!!
My family of 6 spent a week at this lovely spot. The space was well kept, well stocked and in a great location! Susan and David were amazing hosts who were very responsive to our messages. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking in this area.

The condo was great for our diverse group. We had some folks heading to the pool, some to the beach, and some just hanging out, or walking to restaurants. The location is top notch for all of that. Condo was spotless, though there was a mild musty smell at first, which disappeared when we opened windows. Beds were comfortable, good showers and shower supplies, and plenty of towels. We appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs, and especially appreciated the washing machine and dryer, which made life a lot easier for us. The kitchen had most of what we needed to cook several meals. Check in and check out was a breeze, and hosts were good communicators. Parking was easy. A very smooth process all around—exactly as described. I would happily stay here again.

Great vacation rental
The rental was clean and spacious. It was well stocked with kitchen essentials, nice appliances. There were lots of mirrors and hooks which we appreciated. We also made good use of the beach supplies. Would love to stay again

My 3 friends and I had a very pleasant stay for 8 nights. The location of the property is stellar. Quiet, well maintained and the best stocked rental that we have ever experienced. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and clean. We felt safe and secure walking to Brenneke Beach at night after dark on the well lit path. One of us slept on the sofa sleeper and it was surprisingly comfortable. Good value for amenities like beach items and the treats upon arrival were a special touch. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great time
Love the location and property. We had a blast walking to the beach and relaxing in the condo. Just as advertised. Susan was very attentive. Recommended.

Super Nice Condo
We have stayed in Kauai many times and this is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in! Nice touches like a bottle of wine and some indigenous foods to greet us. It was super nice to have really nice pans to cook with. Kitchen had pretty much everything you could want. Even the knives were sharp. Would certainly come Again!!!

Friendly place in Poipu
The previous reviews are accurate. It was a great unit for our three generation family get-away. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beach gear and wagon, and the location near a pool.Susan was a very responsive host and helped us immediately with a couple small issues.The Poipu conglomerate of various units is well cared for and despite the number of people vacationing in the area, quiet. The walkway through the area to the beach is a bonus. We hope to be back next year.

Great Central Location
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s very roomy and the AC was a big plus. We didn’t need it much but it was great to cool down the bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, even a coffee foamer! Lots of towels and beach gear, too. The location is great to do activities on the south shore of Kauai. Great communication from managers and Sheila was fabulous

Great place to stay in Poipu
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary week 3rd week of October, and everything was as advertised in the listing. The unit was clean, spacious, and full of bathroom & kitchen amenities. The location is great. Beaches (Brennecke was our favorite) and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The supplied beach cart for hauling beach chairs, umbrella's, cooler, boogie boards, etc. was much appreciated. Two pools within a minute walk were great for some quiet time after the beach. We ventured out a couple days and found the location convenient for access to both the north & west sides of the Island. We definitely recommend Susan & David's place while staying in Poipu....and would stay here again if returning to Kauai.

We loved staying here! It has everything and more! Listing description is already has a lot, but house has even more other details. Having a wagon to and from the beach with chairs and umbrella was something really needed for us! Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed - cooking utensils, spices, towels, shampoo to name a few. Location is really nice between beaches and easy access. We love to hike so having one path steps away from front door was a huge plus! Pools was a love for our kids, we could not take them out of there! AC in every room was another huge plus! Washer and dryer worked great and fast! So convenient! Communication is spot on, very fast and helpful! Thank you again for sharing your home with us and making this vacation one of the best!!!

The condo is in an exceptional location, and very clean and well equipped. Having the washer/dryer was a lifesaver for the 6 of us. The family bedroom was a perfect set up.

After all of that exploring, we found a few favorite spots that we kept returning to again and again. Kauai is definitely one of those! Owning a vacation rental on Hawaii’s most beautiful island is a great excuse to visit paradise every once in a while.
