Excellent property and communication with the host. The kids enjoyed the boogie boards for the beach and beach chairs. Location was great walking distance the beach. I think they could add 1-2 more fans in the unit since it does not have AC. They do provide fans but it was still stuffy so a few more could help. Loved the stay though.

We had a wonderful time. The pool was close, the sunsets were beautiful, and the condo was very nice and clean. The condo is a first floor unit which we loved, but there is a minimum of 2 stairs cases up to the parking lot.

The condo was perfect, beautiful views, beautiful grounds, hot tub and swimming pool very close, would definitely stay again! Needed help with cable box, and after a email we received help right away so were able to watch our Seahawks win the Super Bowl! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This unit is perfect, and true to the photos in the listing. Everything is in new condition and very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the unit came stocked with great kitchen amenities, lots of bedding and blankets, toiletries, cleaning supplies, pool toys, laundry supplies etc. The condo is located a short walk from Poipu beach and is very quiet at night. The walk out patio is spacious and has a gorgeous view of the ocean, as well as a small yard area, and is ten steps from the pool. We found the value for the price we paid great compared to many other options we looked at. Thank you, we would absolutely book this unit again!!

Nice property — very comfortable for three of us, and it can easily accommodate more since the sofa converts into a bed in addition to the two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped; you just need to bring your own food and coffee filters.They also provide beach gear like chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment. We didn’t get to use those or the pool due to stormy weather, but the condo was still very comfortable while we hunkered down and waited it out.There’s a great ocean view from the living room, which I’m sure is even better on a sunny day. We’d definitely book again next time we’re on the south shore of Kauai.

There was a partial ocean view from the patio, and just a few steps away we could enjoy a wide, open view of the water. Although we didn’t take advantage of the pool, we enjoyed visiting numerous nearby beaches.We did have some difficulty navigating the TV system, and unfortunately there were no instructions to help. That said, we weren’t planning to watch much TV anyway.There were many walking trails with spectacular ocean views, which we really appreciated. Overall, the property is on the older side, but it is well maintained.

This is a very good property with a significant challenge - no AC. Though looked at many places before deciding and was clear that only wanted a place with AC in July, somehow I made a mistake and chose one without AC. Since I thought I had chosen with AC (when I went back to look at listing, I see that AC is not mentioned - I wish it had said clearly “No AC”, esp since as the contact person Kristin explained it either the only unit or one of very few without AC in that complex - still I take responsibility from my side), I was very surprised to find there was none - especially because on a written notice inside the unit there is clear reference to AC in that specific unit. I did not find the contact person empathetic nor supportive - most interested in making sure the blame was on me. It was a challenge - still we had a good stay despite this challenge. Other than no AC, the unit is excellent and the complex is beautiful. Though a mixed blessing, most a blessing. And I highly recommend accommodations with AC in July. Thank you
