Thank you for the thoughtful and detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious home, quiet neighborhood, pool, and convenient location. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. For security purposes, each stay has a unique door code that is sent 10 hours prior to check-in. This helps ensure the home remains secure between stays, while still providing guests with their access information in advance. We’ll also continue working to make the check-in instructions as clear and easy to find as possible. We’ve shared your other concerns with our team so the maintenance issues, kitchen items, towels, and game room can be addressed and checked for future guests.
