While we worked as quickly as possible to clear and salt the driveway, we understand that the wait was frustrating. Since receiving your review, we’ve tested our HVAC system and confirmed that the bedrooms maintain a consistent temperature. We also routinely maintain our amenities, including the pinball machines, but we recognize that they can sometimes be temperamental.
