My mom and stayed at this location while visiting with my brother and his family. We really enjoyed the location, close to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Ocean Springs. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and clean condo. It was quiet and located in a great area to reach the good spots. Kitchen items were very basic with no welcome items which are not required but certainly a nice addition to a stay. Overall a very nice trip and a very nice place to stay. We would def stay again.

Everything was perfect at this well presented condo. Although we were in Ocean Springs for the sad passing of a dear relative, we felt like the condo was a sanctuary for us. It was conveniently located to our attorney and a lovely breakfast/lunch restaurant. The host was gracious and answered questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be back.

Chris communicated with me throughout the entire rental process. He supplied updated messages as our check in date approached. The check in information was easily understood and flawless. We found the unit neat and clean exactly as described. The area was nice and quiet. My mother and I spent two wonderful nights in this unit. The beds are very comfortable. We cooked breakfast in the complete kitchen. Nice cookware, utensils and Keurig coffee maker are available for your convenience. Do bring extra spices if you plan to cook. It is located near beach access as well as a short drive from downtown OS. We were provided instructions concerning the availability of coin laundry, but we didn’t take advantage of use of the laundry or the pool. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again.

Everything was wonderful! We did not utilize the pool, but enjoyed our stay in the condo. The only issue we had was that the machines in the laundry room take quarters, and there is no token machine that I could locate.

Charming Condo

Porter #10 was perfect for our staycation. We were close enough to walk downtown and do all the things but far enough that we had quiet nights. The linen lounge was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of parking, towels and a nicely stocked kitchen.

The owner lives in Mississippi and recently purchased the condo to use when visiting The Coast and decided to make it a vacation rental for those wanting to stay in the heart of Ocean Springs when not using it.

It is managed by Chris, who has been managing vacation rentals in Ocean Springs for more than a decade.

The condo is located three blocks from the heart of Downtown where you can walk to numerous shops, bars, and restaurants, and the beach is nearby.
