Pack up your day bag and a picnic lunch and spend a full day by the water, conveniently popping to and from the home whenever needed. Take a stroll down Main for your morning coffee or find a new space to enjoy dinner or some evening entertainment. Upon arrival, you’ll notice a spacious, beautifully manicured yard with several areas for entertaining. Gather around the fireplace for an evening of cocktails and casual conversation under the stars or host an afternoon barbeque at the outdoor kitchen and dining area. The patio offers an al fresco dining set of table, chairs, and umbrella that can seat 6. When you’re not out exploring the eclectic city or catching some rays at the beach, this outdoor area is the perfect place to unwind and spend even more memorable moments together.

Inside the main home, aka The Main Event, the bright and airy front sunroom is a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet book or your morning coffee while you watch the neighborhood come to life. Heading further indoors you’ll find a cozy living room with plush sofa seating, a mounted smart TV, and gas fireplace where you can light up the ambiance and create a warm setting for an immersive movie night during the cooler nights or months. Steps away, the formal dining room features an elegant table with enough seating for 6. Flow into the pristine kitchen, a chef’s dream with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and single serve coffee maker. A full suite of cookware and dining ware are ready to accommodate any of your mealtime adventures whether you decide to whip up delicious home cooked meals or present takeout from a delicious local restaurant. A basement game room will be your entertainment retreat with a poker table, arcade game, and even a second living area and media center with large smart TV. Head all the way up to the upper level where you’ll find a charming loft with a peaceful reading nook, smart TV, and private bathroom. Did we also mention the home has its own private wine cellar?

In the guest home, The Opening Act, the comfortable living room offers plush sofa and armchair seating and a smart TV where you can stream all your favorite shows or movies, never missing an episode. The dining room table can seat 4 whether you enjoy homecooked meals here or host a fun night of cocktails and card games. The efficient kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, single serve coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware. While quaint in nature, you won’t have any problem finding everything you need here for any of your mealtime requirements.

These homes comfortably sleep up to 12 guests.

The Main Event
This home sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, work desk, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and two twin size bunk beds as well as a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a full size day bed with a twin trundle, balcony access, and a smart TV.
Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
The home also includes 2 half bathrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms with walk-in showers.

The Opening Act
This home sleeps 2 guests. The private bedroom includes a full size bed with fresh linens and soft blankets, a work desk, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in each home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 5 vehicles.

• There is a Ring doorbell on the entrance of each unit. There is also a camera on the garage monitoring the driveway and a camera on the side of the house monitoring the walkway.
• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
