Come live in THE most Unique Live/Work Loft in San Francisco!
This loft style condo is in one of the few remining Brick and Timber buildings in the city. It was built in 1907 and originally used as a manufacturing plant for Schmitt Lithograph company. It still retains it 12-inch-thick concrete walls, New York style brick wall and 30-foot sky high ceiling.
Have drink on our Rooftop terrace and look at 360-degree view of San Fransico or down in the Atrium that makes you think of Jurassic Park. Which are just steps away from the unit’s front door.
We are just a few blocks from the Giant’s stadium, many fun restaurants like 21st Amendment, Rooh and the newly open Roof top bar and restaurant at the Hyatt. Entrances to Highway 101 and the Bay Bridge are right here as well as just a short walk to the Caltrain and Lyft bikes right outside. We score very high on the walking, biking and transportation!
This unit has top of the line appliances – induction stove top, convention oven, updated kitchen – refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Relax watching the 40 inch wall mounted tv and stretch out on the reclining leather sofa and a take a nap on the Duxiana bed!

The bathroom and front entrance hall are all newly tiled and stairs are lined with iron handles made especially in Maine and shipped cross country.
