Escape to our breathtaking beachfront Malibu retreat, located near the iconic Pacific Coast Highway. This stunning property offers unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean, with easy access to a private beach just steps away.

Inside, the home features sleek modern design and luxurious amenities, including a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. The master suite is a true oasis with full views of the ocean, complete with a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub and separate glass encased walk-in shower. Following booking we verify identity to ensure we're hosting the person who has booked.

Pets are only allowed if disclosed in advance. We need to know the type and number of pets before confirming. There will likely be a small additional pet fee to cover additional cleaning costs.

Fireplaces can only be used for longer term stays. If you want to use fireplaces for shorter stays, please ask for permissions and note there will be a small additional cleaning fee charged at the end of your stay.

Events (gatherings of any type) must be disclosed to us in advance for permission, generally we don't allow events but might consider small ones.

Smoking is allowed only outside away from open doors and windows. If we need to remove the scent of smoking inside the property we will charge an extra cleaning fee for the cost and time required to do so.

Please avoid being TOO LOUD outside, especially after 9pm, our relationship with our neighbors is very important to us!
