The house was immaculate, clean and exactly as is in the photos. Hot tub on the porch with a tv was perfect for a relaxing night. Definitely will book again. Close to Helen and all of the shops around

The first thing that stood out was the cleanliness and the cozy feeling the bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was bigger than I expected overall, my husband and I had a great weekend celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary!

Nice place. No mountain view, but a nice wooded area. Parking could be a little better, but adequate. Great area easy access to attractions. Todd and Jenny were spot on with communication.

The cabin was very cozy with all of a home’s comfort. Great mattress on the king bed (we didn’t use the pull out couch). Clean rooms and even your first few coffees on the house. Communication from the hosts was great! We did not use the hot tub, but it was very clean also. We grilled hot dogs on the gas grill provided. And enjoyed most meals at the dining table, and a few on the porch! Look forward to coming back and staying in one of their cabins again.

What an amazing little spot! Truly couldn’t have asked for anything more in this (very) clean, spacious, cute cabin. Perfect for enjoying a weekend in Helen, but so well equipped with amenities that we barely even wanted to leave. Todd & Jenny make it a seamless process to check in/out and were so kind and responsive. Definitely will be looking to book again if we ever find ourselves back in the area!

Parking area is unsafe and easy to slip and fall. Not great for older people. When it rained all the gravel washed up against the front door. Floor structure in the bedroom by the locked closet was unstable and edge of the board was sticking up. There would be more room to prep food if there wasn’t such a large coffee bar area. The screen outside on the deck by the jacuzzi tub is ripped open where bugs and bees were coming in. The couch pillows smelled unclean as well as the bedroom blanket laying over the comfort…not the quilt .

Deer Ridge is a charming older cabin with a gravel driveway, which is pretty typical for mountain properties in the area, and we haven't had issues with parking but appreciate the note. The floors have the character you'd expect from a cabin of its age and are structurally sound. We did inspect the deck screen after your stay and have addressed it. Our cleaning team maintains high standards and the cabin passed inspection, but we always welcome specific feedback during a stay so we can make it right in the moment. We're sorry the trip didn't fully meet your expectations and wish you the best.

The cabin was very nice- clean- and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with all needed pans, dishes, coffee pot, etc. There were 3 televisions, a nice gas fireplace, hot tub in the deck & a comfortable bed!

Amazing little getaway!!

The Deer Ridge Cabin was amazing. My boyfriend and I stayed there for our 3 year anniversary for a couple days. It was peaceful, relaxing, and the owners are quick to respond and were amazing hosts. I wouldn’t be surprised if we came back next year! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Lovely!

Booked this for my husband's 30th birthday. We wanted to just go to Helen but this is so conveniently out of the hustle and bustle and super close to the main strip of Helen.And the hot tub was excellent with the little string lights. Plan on staying here again when we stay in Helen again.
