Great family place to stay. We didn’t expect the huge box of beach toys, beach wagon and ice chest that was there for our use. So nice not having to buy.

The property was as advertised. The property was available upon arrival, communication with the owner was smooth, and the amenities were great. Our favorite thing was the location of the property. It is so close to so many things. The kids had so much fun at the pools, splash pad, lazy river, and beach.

Waterscape is Amazing resort/condo. Granddaughter loved the pools, lazy river and the daily activities such as pirate show and DJ glow party by the pool. Great pool bar and grill. Beds were very comfortable and the two walk in showers great. Very safe resort w wristbands needed to get to pools, garage covered garage and into condo area. Suggestion : carpet in bedrooms dirtier than expected, consider just a rug/tile floor or deep shampoo more often. While we knew the ocean view was very minimal when booked, unless you want to see the parking lot of the Hilton garden resort.. keep this in mind. Consider heating one of the pools. Would recommend staying at waterscape esp with children!

We had the best trip. Joe was very responsive, and sent over lots of fun information about the area before our trip. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our kids. We appreciated the chest of beach toys on the patio, and the wagon made getting down to the beach a breeze. We are already working on plans to come back, and will be staying in this unit again!

We had a great 4-night stay with my 2 small kids (4 and 2) plus my parents. The condo was very spacious with nice sized primary rooms and large bathrooms and plenty of space in the living room/dining room for everyone to comfortably fit. My kids had a blast at all the different pools and being walkable to the beach was a huge plus. Joe and his team were incredibly communicative both before and during the trip and all our needs and concerns (which were few) were quickly addressed. We did have to ration bath towels a bit but we made due and my was helpful having a washer and dryer in house. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, value that we paid, and would absolutely return!

Fantastic Family Getaway

We had a wonderful family getaway at Waterscape Resort. We were blown away by the appearance and cleanliness of the condo. Joe, our host, was a fantastic communicator. Keeping us informed and making us feel welcomed. The resort was perfect for our littles, 8 and 10 years old and the teens. We will definitely be back!

Exceptional Property

Our Stay was simply amazing. The condo had everything we needed from its spaciousness to the amenities around the property. There is something for every age group here. There was a wonderful bubble party for the littles and a scavenger hunt for everyone else. The management company did a great job in assuring everyone had something fun to do. I just can't say enough good things about the place. We will definately be back.

Impeccable, and great communication!

We absolutely loved our stay at Waterscape. The condo was perfect for our family of four grandma and a friend for one of the nights for our 11 year old. Joe was very quick to answer any questions and provide additional information about the space. We really appreciated the included beach rental chairs and umbrellas (two chairs). The bunk room has a sliding barn door, so we were glad we had brought a little fan to block out noise in that room for our daughter. We all slept great. Thanks for a great vacation - we'll definitely come back!

Our Retreat

I can't say enough amazing things about this condo -- it really was Paradise Found!! It is well stocked! It made our getaway all that more enjoyable! The condo was super clean. The location of the condo was easy to get around, the parking garage was right there and accessing the resort was easy with kids (not to mention the beach access). Arrival information was detailed and Joe was always very accessible for anything and everything we needed. It was like talking to someone live but through text! There is even a dedicated guest line to help you! We love it so much that we've already booked our next trip!
