~ There are two additional private balconies available for your use—one off the guest bedroom and another off the kitchen. Both overlook the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway and offer a relaxing spot to sit outside, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the scenic views.
~ Please note that the pool in Building #1 is temporarily closed. Guests are welcome to use the pool located at Building #2 during their stay.
~ You may experience occasional construction noise during standard business hours as the balcony work is being completed.
~ To reflect these temporary inconveniences, the property is currently offered at significantly discounted rates.

PARKING 🚗
Parking is available for two vehicles. Only under the building, parking, and vehicles cannot exceed 6'6", including items on the roof of the vehicle.

This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap.
