Bare tag elevatoren til stueetagen, og du er skridt væk fra den største skilift. Vores 500 SF studiolejlighed (Unit 425) ligger på 4. etage i Eolus-bygningen, som ligger i hjertet af hovedtorget - hvilket gør ferien så bekvem som muligt.

Udsigten af Needles bjergkæden fra den private balkon er fantastisk.

Der er også en brændeovn (træ er udstyret) samt gratis højhastigheds trådløst internet og en underjordisk parkeringsplads. Køkkenet er udstyret med køkkenredskaber, gryder / pander mv og en vaskemaskine / tørretumbler er placeret i enheden.

Der er en dronning seng (ikke en Murphy seng) og en dronning sprænge madras med en pumpe til at sove 4 komfortabelt. Der er en udpeget parkeringsplads til hver enhed. Du kan parkere ekstra køretøjer i de vigtigste skiområder.

Bestil mindst en uge, og en 10% rabat anvendes automatisk.

For en valgfri 4% udvej gebyr, vil du have adgang til Durango Mountain Club, som omfatter en udendørs opvarmet pool med dias, udendørs boblebad og træning facilitet. 4% resortgebyr inkluderet i tilbudet er det krævede udlejningsgebyr, der skal opkræves og tillader ikke adgang til Durango Mountain Club. Excellent location if you prefer mountain activities

Overall ok accommodation. Cooking is challenging and refrig is small. restaurant choice nearby is limited. Every other aspect was convenient (parking, village access, etc).

Great value, nice location

Rented this property for a week of mountain biking in Durango, Cortez, and Telluride. Quiet location, away from the bustle of Durango. Convenient, with easy reserved covered parking, good Wifi, nice pool and jacuzzi. Everything worked and was clean and well-maintained. Old Schoolhouse Cafe nearby, quirky place, kind of a long wait, but good food. Only thing missing was access to the washer/dryer. Overall, a great find, and VRBO description is extremely accurate.

Great location

This property is in a great location but could use some updates. It is roomy enough for our family. Our 8 and 11 year old used the pull out but there there no linens. The management company did bring us some the next day.

Really enjoyed our stay.

Great property. The location was perfect. Not exactly ski in/ski out, but close - ski in, but a short walk to ski out. There were a few things that weren't perfect, but I'd be nitpicking because the location was so good and the unit had pretty much everything we needed. If there was one issue that disappointed, it was the fire wood provided would not burn and I definitely know how to start a fire.

Great Stay for Couple

We loved the location and views. Check in was very easy. All the communication before our stay that was needed, was sent to us in a timely manner. I see it is on the listing now but wasn't when we booked, but the divider by the where the bed is at was a big plus. Very close to lifts 4 and 1. Wonderful to be able to have our vehicle parked in parking garage. since no one was coming in right after us, we easily were able to extend out stay by a day since they had just had big snow. It also was great to have washer an dryer in unit. Simply decorated but very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

CLOSE TO LIFT!

The unit was dated, but we were comfortable. It REALLY REALLY NEEDS BETTER CURTAINS! What was there barely covered the windows. If you are a light sleeper, the sun will wake you up as it shines in. The television was not hooked up and there was a tangle/mess of cords in the back. My husband was able to figure it out so we could watch the TV, but that should have already been done. We were there to ski and it was easy to get to the lift; so that was great.

Purgatory trip

We really enjoyed our time in Durango. We arrived much later then expected and had a bit of difficulty getting into place ( possibly just tired from traveling and the day) but no further difficulty after realizing when using the electronic lock- you bypass the door handle and instead turn the key knob on top it worked with no problems. No A/c in this unit and sleeping was warm, I think some ceiling fans or an oscillating fan would be very beneficial! Other than that, everything needed was provided and communication with property manager was quick and efficient. Would recommend or visit again.

Thank you for your feedback! We are glad you were able to get in when realizing you turn the electronic lock knob. We try to be very specific about instructions on entering as we know guests often arrive late and tired :) No properties up north have air conditioning as it is plenty cool to open windows at night and close them during the day to keep the cool mountain air inside. If it's unusually warm we are happy to provide tower fans and most condos already have them in the closets. It was a pleasure to host you and we look forward to hosting you again soon for your next visit!

Eolus stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the resort, although it would be nice if there was a nice restaurant instead of just fried foods. Loved the ski mountain. We really liked the condo we stayed in, 425, the view was great. It is really worn out though and outdated. Our sheets were thread bare, only one chair to look out the window, and really tacky table to eat at... needs to be improved.

Thanks for your feedback. There are 2 restaurants at the ski resort (Purgys and Paradise Pizza) which have plenty of non fried options. We have replaced the sheets and there is only 1 chair in addition to the couch simply because of the space limitations of a studio a 2nd chair simply would not fit in front of the window). The studio sleeps 4 and there is seating for 4 between the couch and the chair. The condo is exactly as pictured on the listing and we recently mounted a 42" TV on the wall.

Awesome location!

The property was great. So close to the lifts and very easy access to everything at Purgatory Village! Totally ski-in/ski-out once you are down the elevator! The actual bed is a full not a queen but the pull out couch looks like a queen. Upon arrival we couldn't find the parking permit (it was missing) and the internet code given was incorrect. We spent about 45 mins trying to fix both of those issues, but when we called the property manager, Erica was super responsive and we got it all figured out. Don't waste time and frustration...call them immediately! All in all, awesome place for the price and great access to the mountain!

DMR GREAT --- Eolus 425, not so much!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is VERY OUTDATED! And in need of LOTS of upgrades! Furniture smelled very dirty; kitchen faucet wasn't even attached to the sink; toilet overflowed and backed up; dishes were dusty and dirty.....just doesn't seem to be very well taken care of in comparison to other units we have stayed at in the same building.

Fall colors in the Rockies

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: fave used VRBO in the past and will again as an alternative to hotels. Good location with great view of fall colors and super moon eclipse. Good base of operation for our stay. Overall impression of the property, however, was "tired". Needs a refresh and more light in the main living area. Exhaust fan cover in the bath had not been cleaned in a long time which set a bad tone for neat freak wife. Building maintenance beyond the control of property management probably negatively influenced us. Maintenance has to be done and this was off season.

We will assess the need for additional lighting in the main living space and we are going to purchase new lamps as the current lamps are a bit tired (although they are fully functional) - we agree. The exhaust fan cover will be cleaned during our off-season deep cleans we perform in late October and April of each year. We advised building maintenance of your stay dates and where advised they would work around occupied units so we are disappointed they did not honor their commitment.

Well organized studio handled 4 pretty dang well

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This studio with bed, sofa pullout and Pullman kitchen was surprisingly well organized and attractive to boot. It had mostly been updated recently and had extra cabinets, lots of closets, and a super-large foyer (entry hall) for ski equipment storage and gear-up space. The large mirror in the living room area reflected all the lovely windows and made the space seem much larger. The firewood was free and we very much enjoyed having a fire every evening. We thought the hotel-size refrigerator would be a problem, but found that it was actually sufficient. It did lack a dishwasher: a tiny one would have been welcome. The only real problem was the comfort of the beds. The sofabed was worn out, with a big dip in the middle and pokey springs and the double bed was too soft. The unit was very clean and well-stocked, and the manager was on super-responsive and helpful. The rate was very reasonable.

Good condo but needs maintenance work

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed a week. One of us has some significant disability. The condo is accessible but needs some refinement. The front door is very difficult to unlock, the toilet has to be watched or it will keep running and some of the kitchen cabinets are not closing properly. It should also be mentioned that the refrigerator is a mini fridge. We needed a place with a kitchen and the mini fridge makes things a bit inconvenient from a cooking point of view. The unit does have a HD flat screen TV in it but it does not have a HD cable or sat service. The bed is so so.The property manager was very professional to deal with and the cost of the unit is reasonable, especially for the area. The unit is at 9000ft altitude, so if you are sensitive to altitude, be aware of that.

Thanks for your feedback. We have checked out the lock, toilet and kitchen cabinets and made repairs as required. The TV does have Dish TV. The kitchen does have a mini fridge (pretty standard for studios) and it is clearly depicted in the pictures on the listing.

Great Little Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off Keith was very nice and responded to my many emails in a timely manner. My wife and I have never been skiing and I was not sure about what kind of condo we needed (ski in/out etc). Well, we were very happy with the location as it was very close to lift 4 and lift 1 of the resort. It had good views of the main area of the mountain and some other off to the left of the condo.When we arrived we had a hard time getting into the door, as do other people, but once we figured out that pushing the handle up, the door would come right open. The inside was very clean and nice. The master bed is a queen which we knew, but it seems small after sleeping on a King at the house. The wife tried the fold out couch and this was not exactly the best place to sleep! So we kept to the bed. We packed groceries to cut down on expenses and it worked out well for us. It was a small kitchen but fine for the 2 of us.My wife and I would book this same condo for future returns to Purgatory. The price was great and this was a fun trip for some first time skiers.Thanks again to Keith for all of your suggestions on where to rent skis etc..
