No living space is shared, both have totally separate parking and entrances. This listing is for the Apartment Style Lower-Level Area of the Home.

This home is nestled between Charlotte and Asheville for anyone wanting to visit both places.

The Space:
BED & BATH

This home includes a queen master bedroom with bathroom off of the bedroom and it connects to living area. The bath has a stand up shower, sink with vanity and toilet. The bunk room has a twin built in bunk beds with reading light in the bunk. There is also a queen Murphey bed in the living room area.

LIVING ROOM AREA

The living room has a Custom slate pool table (which cannot be moved, it was set up on site), arcade machine, large flat screen SMART TV with streaming capabilities mounted above the fireplace, bar with seating, comfortable seating for lounging, and Murphey bed in the wall.

KITCHENETTE

The kitchenette has a bar type cabinet space with a small sink and college style refrigerator. The bar/eating area has two bar stools for sitting at the bar counter area. In this area there is also a coffee maker, toaster oven, and some kitchen type items like plates, silverware, glasses, etc.


WIRELESS INTERNET

You have access to the WIFI, however the internet may be slower or drop out due to being in a more secluded area.


PATIO

This home has a large patio area for you to enjoy your morning coffee while viewing all the nature. There is also a gas grill to assist with any cooking you want to do.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

Guest Access:
- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.

Guest has access to all of the bottom floor, patio area, private entrance and all the land that surrounds the area. Go explore and have a great trip. We are right next door to the Crowders Mountain Walking Trails to the Boulder.

DEPARTURE:
Leave keys back in the lock box and lock all doors on your way out.

Mountain Bliss Retreat is the perfect place to have a weekend getaway. Visit the newly established Catawba Two Kings Casino (just 2.5 miles away) or to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Charlotte Metro area (38 miles away) and spend time at Crowders Mountain or Kings Mountain State Parks, Hike the Gateway Trail, visit Veronét Vineyards & Winery or Kayak on Moss Lake (12.4 miles away). The Don Gibson Theater (17.8 miles away) for Jazz, Country, Blues, Comedy, Rock and Roll, Bluegrass, vintage film series and everything in between. You’ll see it all at the Don Gibson Theatre. We also have 4 top notch golf courses (Deer Brook Golf Club, Riverbend Golf Course, Crowders Mountain Golf Club, Kings Mountain Country Club), White Water Center near us.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.

-NO SMOKING: ABSOLUTELY NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping or marijuana ANYWHERE in the property. Any evidence of smoking inside the home will result in an additional $200.00 fine.

-NO PETS: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed in the home or on the property and this is STRICTLY ENFORCED!!

-EVENTS/LARGE GROUPS: No more than 4 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to other guests and neighboring homes will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will also result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification!!

-YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT THE HOME--- NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Please remember this is a PRIVATELY OWNED HOME, we ask that you PLEASE treat it as you would your own home.

RULES:
Renter acknowledges that there is ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed on or in the property, bringing in pets, throwing parties, or causing a disturbance on the property, will result in a FULL CHARGE of the damage deposit in its entirety, and you will be removed from the property with ZERO REFUNDS!!!!

Absolutely NO Early Check-In unless prior permission is given & subject to additional charges. We must allow time to prepare the property in between our Guest.

Trash & Dishes MUST be taken care of upon departure! DO NOT LEAVE TRASH outside of the home. Please make sure the trash is fully bagged and not loose trash then place it in the cans provided on the side of the house. Please make sure all dishes are clean upon departure!!


** Please note this property is on a heavily wooded area and at times we have stink bugs and lady bugs that will find a way to get into the home. ***
