We’re sorry to hear there were issues with the golf cart rental. Not all vehicles are suitable for the terrain, but our concierge team is always happy to assist in arranging the most appropriate transportation options—whether that’s a specific type of golf cart, ATV, or vehicle—to ensure a smoother experience. We also understand that each property offers a different experience. As your stay fell during high-season dates, availability was more limited, and we’re sorry your preferred villa was already booked at that time.
