Unobstructed view of the Ocean, awesome sunrises (sunsets not so much, hidden behind the neighboring building), the beach is two minute walk away, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet easy drive to Saint Augustine and all the shops, restaurants and everything else. The condo itself is very clean and functional. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

The condo looks like a dilapidated hotel. The bathrooms and kitchen were not clean. A very extensive list of things we needed to provide was on a shelf inside the condo but not provided in the email prior to arriving. We have been coming to Crescent Beach for decades and have stayed in several complexes. This was by far our most disappointing condo.

Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback. I am very sorry the condo and its cleanliness did not meet your expectations, especially given your long history with Crescent Beach. Your comments about the condition of the unit, the bathrooms and kitchen, and the lack of clear information about what is provided are very important. We will review these concerns with our team and work on improving both the standards of the condo and the accuracy of our pre-arrival information.

Excellent property, process and amenities. Can't get any closer to the ocean, highly recommend. Been coming to this property since the early '80s. My parents used to bring us here and now I'm bringing my kids, love the beach access with the pool nearby and the dock across the street for fishing.

Good location

The view was great. Sleeper sofa in living room was not very comfortable. Master bed was very comfortable. Unit numbers on parking space would be helpful.Check in listed that pool, fishing pier area were number coded but they only had RFID scanners. The Fob was attached to the keys.

Enjoyed our stay! The view from this condo was exceptional as promised. Although the condo is old and in need of updates. (Carpet very old. Sleeper Sofa in living area is broken) we did enjoy our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beds very comfortable. With just a few updates this place would shine. Also need to check dryer. We only used to wash towels at end of stay. It began to smell bad so we stopped it, and left the cleaning crew to look into it
