High Chalet 5304 sits near the top of the highest condo complex in Gatlinburg. The balcony looks out over the mountains and down the valley, and there is nothing built above you to get in the way of the incredible view.
Three bedrooms, sleeping eight. Two king rooms on the main floor, two twin beds up in the loft, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table seats four, so a group of eight will want to
spread out between the table and the living room. There's a gas fireplace that runs October through March, wifi, air conditioning, and a desk if you need to get an hour of work done.
The complex is better equipped than most. There's a sauna, and a community center with a game room holding a foosball table, shuffleboard and board games. Communal hot tubs are open year round. The outdoor pool runs Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Getting around from here: it's about ten minutes to the national park entrance, and three and a half miles down to traffic light #10 on the Gatlinburg strip. The Island is twelve miles and Dollywood fourteen. Parking on site is free.
Your stay includes $940.00 in complimentary activities. Just by booking with us, you’ll receive free tickets, every day of your stay to top activities like Dollywood, Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway, and more. (One free admission per activity, per day)
Worth knowing before you book
- The condo is on the third floor and the building has no elevator. If you're arriving with eight
people's luggage, that's three flights, and it's worth planning for.
- Laundry is a shared facility on the second floor of each building rather than in the unit.
- The hot tubs and the pool belong to the complex, not to this condo, so they're shared with other guests and they run on the complex's schedule.
- This is the highest complex in the area, which is where the views come from and also why the road up is steep. We strongly recommend AWD or 4WD between roughly November and March.
