A large well-equipped, top-Level 3 bedroom/2 bath unit sleeps up to 8. with continuously changing, breathtaking views.

3 bedrooms (2 full bedrooms and a private loft). 2 queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and two side-by-side single beds in the loft.

This property has a fully equipped kitchen; a wood-burning fireplace in the living area with cozy seating and large, smart, flat-screen TV; and a private balcony providing amazing views of The Smoky National Forest with Bent Creek Golf Course in the foreground. Watch the incredible rapidly changing mountain views from the balcony, bedroom, or picnic area. Mountain sunsets are incredible. Enjoy the lights of Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg in the distance. Convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Great Smoky Mountain National Forest or just enjoy a relaxing getaway.

In addition to condo amenities, our neighborhood hosts 3 pools and a golf course, and for larger events, guests rent space from the neighborhood HOA office at the very top of the mountain.

Loved being on the outskirts of town but still a close enough drive to get there quickly. The morning view was stunning even on the rainy day. Perfect little balcony for morning coffee with a view.

Our stay was very nice and comfortable! We were able to view fireworks from our balcony and the views of the Smoky Mountains were gorgeous and completely unmatched.

We loved staying here! It was nice, cozy and the view was AMAZING!!! We also enjoyed the sauna and the pool! The owners were very accommodating. We definitely want to come back.

Awesome location!

Lovely property. The check in process was extremely simple. We saw plenty of wildlife too! 4 bears at one time just down the mountain from the entrance.

Very nice & clean. Just enough space for 6 ppl. Had small issue w/ door lock but Ed responded quickly & was very helpful. Beds were very comfy.. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay

Our stay here for a basketball tournament was great! Everything was clean! Everything you needed was in the condo! The view is like no other!! And the bed was super soft! It was plenty of space for my family and the girls loved the loft with the spiral stair case! If we have another tournament we will be back!

Best place stay in the Smokies

Home away from home!! Well organized & clean condo with plenty of amenities for a family of six. Views are amazing from the balcony and the bedroom. Ed was very helpful and reachable when needed. Looking forward to going back in the future.

A Little Piece of Heaven

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The check in was easy and the people friendly. It was quiet and the view was Amazing. It has a balcony to sit on while you look at the Smoky Mountains and you can hear the river flow down below on the other side of the woods. Just Peaceful and relaxing.

Family trip

If you want a place that is out of the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, this is a good choice. The drive to town each day was 30 mins on average which gave us plenty of time to decide what we were going to do for the day. Scenic views on the drive and plenty of local, small businesses to enjoy, which is what we prefer to frequent. The condo was plenty big enough for our family of five. No issues with the condo and ownership was pleasant to work with for booking, exiting, etc.

Great View

The property is just as described. Provided comfortable accommodation for five people. The kitchen was well equipped though we didn't use it much. There is a terrific mountain view. It was very quiet - no noise at all. There were no problems to report at all. Even saw a bear while driving up the big hill.

Property was nice view was great.

We liked the view and location. Long drive up the mountain but no big deal. We did bring a 2 year old and i wod suggest this location if u have toddler's. Spiral staircase was dangerous for him. He could fit through all the rails and fall and we had no way to block it off. Beds are comfortable but Tiny. Had recenr construction and somethings werent finished and lots of sheetrock dust on things but if expect things to be cleaner in the future. Property manager communicate well and took care of any problems. Would stay again when child is older.

Guys trip

My friends and I trailered our motorcycles down to Gatlinburg. Plenty of parking for trailers. The code to the door was supposed to be the last four of my phone number but it was not working when we arrived. It took a little while to the property manager on the phone to figure out the problem which was they put the wrong number in. This was the only thing that was inconvenient. The location of the property is very close to downtown Gatlinburg. The view was awesome. The inside was very nice. There was plenty of room for four adult makes males and had everything needed to make our own meals. I plan on revisiting again next year for probable longer.

Good quaint place to stay. The host/property manager Ed was very communicative. Instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. The condo was close to the indoor pool/recreation area. We didn't stay in the condo much as there is so much to explore in nearby Gatlinburg and surrounding area! The unit did have a great sunrise balcony view of the mountains. We do think the unit was not that clean. Upon arrival we could see toothpaste marks on the bathroom sinks. Dust was visible on lamps and in the bedroom areas. Pink water mold on shower heads was noticeable. Additionally, the floors were very dirty upon arrival making our socks/feet black within just a few minutes of shoe removal, and my wife ended up mopping the floor and wiping counters. The unit has a good mountain feel to it, but could use some updates overall.

Our kids loved going to the indoor pool at night. Condo was very nice and clean kids were super excited when we saw a momma bear and her cubs the last couple of days of our stay. Property is very well kept bears didn’t mess with our stuff just kept everything picked up as the host told us too.

The views were beautiful, and the accessibility to downtown Gatlinburg was good. The indoor pool was nice. The kids loved it! Parking was super easy. Free parking in front of unit. The cleanliness was not great in this unit, unfortunately. The kitchen lacked some of the small essentials for cooking.

Host was very helpful when we had issues with the door. Worked with us and made sure we had a way in.The views were absolutely breathtaking. Close to the indoor pool. The drive from the entrance at the road up the mountain to the condo was about a 10 minute drive, but worth it. Beds were very comfortable, but unit could use some updating.

It worked

There was no communication from the host everything had to go through text and then it wasn’t always answered. I was supposed to be refunded but never got a it. The pieces of the bathroom's ceiling fell and hit me in the head. I also fell in the tub due to the bar not being secure and I head to get injections in my knee! So. I’ll never stay agai.

I have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for spring of 2025.

In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a wonderful, lifelong memory.
