It was HUGE! There were 6 of us and we had more than enough room. The view was amazing from the balconies. We were within close driving distance to many attractions and shopping. There was a problem with getting the initial email to check in and the elevator went out for about 2 hours, but both were resolved quickly. Make sure to bring your own beach towels because buying them at the stores got expensive. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the perfect score! We're glad the spacious layout, amazing balcony views, and convenient location worked so well for your group. We apologize for the initial check-in email issue and the brief elevator outage, and are happy both were resolved quickly. Thanks for the beach towel tip — it's helpful for future guests. We look forward to hosting you again. Sunny regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

If we were just dealing with the owner of the property, I would give 4-5 stars for everything. We absolutely loved the unit and the property. However, the communication with Luxury Costal Vacations was horrible. We were to check in the Saturday after the hurricane and decided to arrive 3 days later. Our unit was open but there were no bedding, linens or cleaning supplies. We actually drove to the rental office and were told they were in the middle of cleaning and would be finished by 4:00 pm. We arrived after 4:00 pm, and nothing had been done. We ended up sleeping and using our beach towels. I called again and messaged Tuesday morning. I just got blanket responses. I finally relented and spent 300 between Walmart and Target. Housekeeping appeared at 9:00 pm. Since I had already cleaned the kitchen, bathrooms and floors, we just needed a few linens and towels. I truly just needed one direct communication from the rental company and I could have relaxed and make everything work. Instead, I spent two days waiting to leave and 2 days waiting and cleaning. The unit is perfect. We would love to use it again but I am a little nervous

This place was perfect for our family, our daughter and her husband and the grand children. Wonderfull ocean front views with private balconies off the master and side bedrooms. Plenty of seating for everyone. Our only issue were the windows in the master bedroom. We had a storm come through at night and the wind whistled so loud that my wife got zero hours of sleep that night. The salt air fused the aluminum together so they were unadjustable. Other than that -AWSOME!

Thank you so much for your kind and detailed review! We’re so glad to hear the condo was a perfect fit for your whole family — from the spacious layout and ample seating to the private balconies and beautiful oceanfront views. We do apologize for the disturbance caused by the storm and the windows in the master bedroom. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention, and we’ll be sure to have our maintenance team look into the issue to prevent future inconvenience. Thank you again for choosing Luxury Coastal Vacations — we’d love to welcome you back for another relaxing (and quieter!) stay soon! Sunny regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

It was great except for minor things that I would think the “Penthouse “ would have at least taken care of since our last stay in that one 2 years ago. Old and torn carpet. One bedroom stays very hot so you need a fan and the fan was on its last leg so we bought one and left it there for the next renters. Although they said they would reimburse, they did not. The tv in the master did not work and maintenance couldn’t fix it but said he would be back in a couple of hours but we never saw or heard from them again so we slept on the couch in living room to watch our shows. Will we stay there again?? Possibly or at Coastal next door maybe.

Thank you for the 5-star rating and for returning to the Penthouse. We’re sorry for the inconveniences you experienced — the worn carpet, the hot bedroom and failing fan, and the master TV issue with missed follow-up from maintenance. We appreciate you leaving the new fan for future guests. We should have completed the promised reimbursement and will follow up with our team to resolve that. Your notes have been shared with housekeeping and maintenance to address the carpet, bedroom climate control, fan replacement, and the TV so future stays are more comfortable. We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you back. Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations
