Welcome to The Sea Suite! This Wells Beach home is nestled in a private neighborhood just off the famous Atlantic Avenue and a one minute walk to a private walkway leading onto the sugar-like sand of Wells Beach. The house offers three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, two full baths with tubs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with fantastic marsh views. The comfortable living area is perfect for movie nights and playing games with family and friends. The house's driveway has room for up to three cars, as well as a garage that houses the grill and all the amenities needed for a day at the beach for guests, including chairs, towels, and a beach buggy. The backyard has an outdoor shower perfect for washing off the day’s sand and salt, and a picnic table for fun outdoor dining.

The Space:
When you arrive at Sea Suite you will be delighted with the private location and amazing views all around. As you step into this beautiful home built in 2023, the first floor provides access to the garage, a full laundry, full bathroom and the first of three cozy bedrooms. The stairway to the second floor brings you into the kitchen and dining area overlooking the breathtaking National Wildlife Refuge grasslands and marsh. The kitchen is a wonderful space equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve a delicious meal, all while enjoying lovely views out the oversized windows. Sliding doors off the dining space lead to a small deck with chairs, where you can savor a morning cup of coffee or relax with a cocktail as you watch the sunset after a delightful day on the beach. The living area is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day full of adventures or for enjoying a favorite movie on the smart TV. This second floor also houses the additional 2 bedrooms and the second full bathroom. In the garage, you’ll find everything you need for a fun day at the beach, including the 8 beach chairs, large supply of colorful beach towels, the cooler, and the beach buggy as well as the gas grill ready for your barbecue fun. Just a short quarter mile stroll away, you'll find fun shopping on the ocean at the end of Mile Road!
Other things to note
Kitchen includes a full selection of pots and baking pans in addition to both a coffee pot for larger groups and a Keurig for that single quick cup of coffee. Also included are a blender, hand mixer, electric griddle, mandolin, utensils and all things needed to put food on the table! A dishwasher helps with easy clean up! Each bathroom has a hair dryer and plenty of bathroom towels for guests in addition to the separate supply of beach towels for the beach! A pullout sofa supports an extra guest. Easy access to Hannafords, CVS and Remys at the end of Mile Road means never having to travel Route 1 for essentials!

Other Things to Note:
Please bring beach towels, as they are not provided, and house towels are prohibited at the beach.
