Cozy New Listing! 1-bedroom condo, in charming downtown Gatlinburg! Remodeled!!!

This terrific condo in Gatlinburg offers a cozy bedroom with a king bed and a lovely living room with a sofa bed. Just finished remodeling the entire condo! Bear Bottoms comfortably sleeps 4 people. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, free parking, 2 elevators, outdoor seasonal pool, indoor heated pool ( open year round) and a fireplace that you can snuggle up to after a day of hiking, shopping, fishing, or exploring during their stay. All linens are provided. Please bring some pool towels for use at the pools.
There is a washer and dryer as well as an ice machine on the same floor for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with a 2 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer , blender, toaster, coffee pot as well as a keurig. There are plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, wine glasses, and most anything you’ll need during your stay.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool while watching the Ober gondola float above the trees.
With a convenient location just steps away from shopping, dining, and all the attractions.
There is fun for the whole family at Ripley‘s believe it or not, Ripleys aquarium, Gatlinburg mountain coaster, Ankeesta, Hillbilly golf, Gatlinburg scenic overlook, Hollywood star cars museum, space needle, Dolly Parton stampede, comedy barn theater, And so much more!
Also the Gatlinburg Trail is right here to enjoy a hike or a walk and you never have to move your car! Gatlinburg has such a charming atmosphere, this quaint rental is the perfect spot to experience the magic of Gatlinburg. Pack your bags and get ready for an enjoyable getaway at our condo. We had such a great weekend. The condo was perfect for a couple. Super clean and the best location where we could just leave the car and walk. Thank you for having hooks and hangers available. A lot of places don’t think of those little details. We have been coming to Gatlinburg for years. We will definitely would love to stay here again.

Convenient location to town. The home was very clean and nice quality bedding and towels. The bed was good but on the firm side. The host was quick to communicate. Would definitely recommend this home.

Kathy was a great host-quick to respond. The location was perfect. We had everything we needed for the weekend, towels, extra blankets and pillows, TP, dish soap, etc.Our only complaints were the size of the unit was very tiny. I’d say this is for a couple at max. We had our 2 children with us and we were all walking into each other and couldn’t really enjoy the living room or fireplace bc we didn’t have anywhere to keep our luggage and when we had to pull the couch bed out we really struggled with space. The kids really wanted to swim in the heated pool but that area wasn’t very inviting aesthetically. The decor was very cute throughout the condo! We just wish it was slightly bigger for our needs! Kathy did a great job overall.

Newly remodeled and in great condition. Close walking distance to everything in town. Perfect stay for a couple or even a small family. Would definitely consider booking again!

This condo is beautiful and so clean!…the bedding and towels are top of the line and comfortable …everything you need is there…the Bear decor fits just perfect with Gatlinburg… perfect spot, just about a block up to all the shopping and restaurants. Kathy was so easy to work with and the texting response was quick….We will definitely be back

She was very attentive, kept me well informed, instructions were easy to follow and knew who to contact if any issuse arise but they didn"t. The condo was beautiful, cozy, clean and welcoming. The most important thing was the bed was COMFORTABLE. The proximity to the Gatlinburg strip was walkable with ease.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bear Bottoms. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, everything in the condo was brand new, it was very clean and comfortable! Tha bed was enormous, I'm short so it was a bit high for me, but it was very comfortable. We loved having the wood burning fireplace. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd vacation to the area, but our 1st in the fall. We had an amazing time exploring Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival, the kitchen is well stocked, and the decor is updated. We absolutely loved the location of the complex; just off the parkway and near the Gatlinburg Trail that you can walk to the Sugarlands Visitor Center. It is close enough to walk to everything on the parkway, but far enough from it that you don't get the crowds and the noise. The communication with the owner was quick from the time we rented the unit until we left. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

We loved the location and nearness of shops and restaurants. We were able to walk to everything. The condo was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The guest book was a nice touch. Thank you.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time in the park, but Bears Bottom was a welcome and comfortable home base. We would rather cook most of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

It was easy to find and very clean. Nice place to stay and located perfect for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas. Right by Smoky Mountain National Park. Plenty to do in every direction.

The location! You can walk to everything that Gatlinburg has to offer! It’s also located right at the entrance to the great Smoky Mountains national Park. There is so much to do here. Hiking, fishing, shopping, dining exploring and so much more.
